We enjoyed shopping here. The employees were friendly and helpful. The baklava was delicious! I definitely wanna come back and try some new stuff.

Small little grocery shop with several grocery items that catch the eye. Unfortunately, they did not have what I was looking for. The shop ladies were very accommodating in assisting and checking for me. So, even though the item I was in search of was unavailable, I decided to peruse around a moment anyhow. I filled my arms with cured black olives, halva, sesame snacks, picked turnips, and pickling spices, among a few other things. Upon check out, it was suggested next time I try their pickled turnips from the little deli counter, and I must admit, I will do that and may make a special trip just for that. Also, 16 servings in the prepackaged halva? Umm, I must have set a record by finishing it in "4"... best to wait a bit before returning LOL

Very nice and friendly staff. They have all the necessities you would need in a middle eastern market plus more. So happy to find once close to me. Will definitely be going back!

There are still good people out there in this world! Some customer had bought a box of Arabic pita bread & asked the store owner pass them out. Such a simple gesture of kindness can go a long way (THANK YOU!) The store owner was also very friendly. She gave my son and I a piece of chocolate. I am so happy I came across this little store. So many goodies inside. If I weren't trying to loose weight, I would have bought all the baked goods!

I was complaining to hubby the other day that I was having trouble finding middle eastern pickles at the stores I usually get them so he did some research and suggested I make a trip to this market. While I was out running errands today I decided to stop by. I found the store pretty easily and walked in to find a well stocked market. As I wandered through the aisles, Nadia, the owner, kindly offered to help me find anything I needed.Not only did I find a great supply of the pickles I was looking for but, I also found several other things that I'd had on my list as well. I filled up my cart and headed to the counter. As I was checking out I asked Nadia if she happened to have any fresh halva. She told me she was expecting some to arrive next week but she showed me a packaged halva that she said tasted very fresh and she described it as a cotton candy halva. Well, that sold me! I purchased it right away. As she checked me out, Nadia chatted with me and made me feel so welcome. She is incredibly kind and personable! I love this wonderful market and Nadia's hospitality and will absolutely be back soon! I'm so glad to have found this hidden gem that is so close to home!ETA - Nadia did not oversell the halva she recommended, it is even better than I expected! Super light, fresh and delicious. Yum, the only problem now is not eating it all in one sitting!

I absolutely am thrilled that I found this gem. I lived in Egypt for three years so when I found this spot I was beyond nostalgic. Lots of variety. All my favorites. So fun to have the taste here! Owners are so friendly and helpful. Prices are super good for imports. Feels like a fun family business. Highly recommend!!

Thank you for grinding the coffee beans for a drip coffee maker. It is tasty! You were right....better than Starbucks! For Jordanian butter cookies that are better than the Danish cookies in the blue tin, get them at Ur.If you're looking for super friendly employees then this market is for you. It's in my bookmarks so I can easily find the market when I'm in Phoenix.

My go to for fresh juices and smoothies!! The beautiful owner Nadia is such a delight and so helpful and knowledgeable on the benefits of fresh produce all of her employees are sweet and friendly and they have my favorite Turkish delights!! oh and they accept Apple Pay!
