We came in hoping for a couple glasses of wine and a light snack that would tide us over for a few hours until we moved on to our dinner reservations for the evening. We almost ended up staying here the whole night and having dinner assembled from their appetizer list. This is a cool place cobbled together from a chain of rooms in an old building in downtown Snoho. This part of town often shocks new visitors with how busy it is, especially on weekend nights. Last night was no exception--we drove around the block three times looking for parking on a cold, dark, rainy night, then scooted across the patio as quickly as we could. Inside, you forget your weather grumbles immediately. It's warm and welcoming, with a small bar, some seating here, some seating there. People are super friendly, with tons of locals piling in for drinks and snacks. The conversation flows freely in every room. They usually have a mixed flight of reds and whites available, and it's a nice cross-section of WA wines with some out-of-state touches too. We had that, then a bubbly flight, and finally a couple glasses of other things. The flights are about one glass in total each, so you can cover a lot of ground quickly and get a sense of what you like. They're clearly well plugged in with WA winemakers; the red blend Mark Ryan private-labeled for them is excellent and exclusively available there. The appetizers here really, really shine. We had the blue cheese and green apple crostini, which we inhaled as soon as we had one bite. The baked brie with raspberries, fig jam, walnuts, and honey never stood a chance, either. They have nice, friendly kids working the kitchen, doing incredible things in a small space you can see from the front room. There are 20 small plates like this on the list, and I will eventually try every single one.The staff is a bit more experienced; one guy mentioned having grandkids. He was pouring at the bar all night. They were busy--despite just having three small rooms, they had 4 or 5 people hustling all night to keep up with all the customers (plus a party upstairs, staffed separately). There's a big covered patio out front. This place is clearly good for fun 365 days a year. They have multiple wine clubs you can join, with great deals in-house, along with bottles to go. We'll be king-size regulars here for sure.

Cute little wine bar in Snohomish in a repurposed historical home, they have live bands on the weekends, good food, good wine although I was put off by the service by first impressions, felt very judged is the best way I can put it.

First time coming here I will be back. Super casual and a good place after work. The outdoor seating is cute. Bathroom was clean. Provided liquor level tests. If wine is important to you, this is a place to ask question and try new kinds. Great shareable food options as well.

Went in to purchase a nice bottle of wine to drink the day ofMentioned to the kind lady who greeted me that my price point was $20-25The owner then inserted himself to sell me a bottle he was "geeking out on!!!!" I went for it based on his suggestion (no prices mentioned or posted) assuming he was aware of the amount I had stated. And I always appreciate and am open to a recommendation FF to paying--it was $53I was shocked that he had so blatantly gouged meI politely paid and leftIn a small town where I want to support the local businesses, this felt dirty

We had such a fun experience here recently and were all shocked (three of us...I feel like I need to state that during Covid so we don't sound like a big ol' party!) we'd not been here before!First, it was busy. So we were waiting to ask if there was a chance if we could get a table. I don't know if it was because he saw 3 damsels in distress or my birthday mask but he gave up his table for us and moved to another spot. We tried to buy him another beer but he was gone before we could do so :( Such a sweet and unnecessary gesture!I love that Uptown features Washington wines. This state is LOADED with fabulous wineries and it was so nice to see so many featured on the menu and displayed as well. We opted for a tasting which included all 6 of their featured wines....3 whites and 3 reds so truly representative! It was great for my friend and I who swing both ways, not so great for our other friend who is more of a whites girl but we all ended up with a couple clear favorites from our tasting. I'm fairly certain we were served by the owner and she was SO knowledgable about the wines and wineries featured...of course this is expected, but not always a given depending on where you go so this was so refreshing to experience!Once things open back up again in our state, this will be tops on the list to go back to and explore more fabulous Washington Wines! What an awesome addition to downtown Snohomish!

For my wife and I, this is our favorite local go-to spot. We've been many times and after our first visit knew we enjoyed it so much that we joined the club. We haven't regretted that decision for a second. The wine selections for glass pours are always amazing..truly so good. I don't know how they find these gems at such reasonable prices...that's the other thing, the bottle selection of Washington wines is vast and the prices are very fair. During the week and a half of the year when the weather is nice in WA, we love sitting at a table on the patio, sharing a bottle of vino and eating AWESOME food! Seriously, the food is too good. Last night we had the Brie topped with raspberry, fig and candied walnuts...are you kidding me? My wife and I were literally negotiating for the last bite. Each item on the menu is like that. Thoughtfully put together, well presented and oh-so-good. The owners and staff are fantastic. You can get into a long conversation almost immediately as though you have been friends for life, or if you are looking for privacy, that's OK too. It's about as perfect a wine bar could possibly be. Go there.

Absolutely loved visiting up Uptown Wine & Beer earlier this week! Located right in the heart of downtown Snohomish, this is the perfect spot for an evening drink outside. We stopped in on a Thursday evening and we were able to get a table outside with no problem. The patio is wonderful because it is in the shade but you're still able to enjoy being outside. I absolutely love the ambience of this place! I will definitely be returning again and trying out more from their incredible menu.

Great food and drinks. Fabulous service. We went on a walk and stopped in for dinner. Problem, no wallet. They were very gracious and understanding and let us call in our credit card.
