Unphogettable

My boyfriend and I come here very often, and every time we having amazing food and service. Their beef pho is absolutely amazing & today we tried the beef short ribs for the first time and they. Where. Amazing. 1000% the best pho place in the area & you should definitely stop by!

I'm a big fan of Unphogettable for their pho, beef stew, shrimp rice rolls, and frozen drinks (strawberry mango lychee freeze is amazing). I always order online via Clover, and the food is typically ready when I go to pick it up. If I am not planning to eat pho right away, I'll ask for the noodles to not be cooked so I can cook them myself at home. Pricing is good, and their dishes are so yummy. The beef stew is one of my favorite dishes because the beef is so tender, and broth very flavorful! Takeout packaging is good, so I've never had any spills transporting home.

I was surprised by how good this pho is!! I didn't expect authentic Asian food out in north bend. Loved their pho and their grilled chicken vermicelli bowl! Highly recommended Prices are very reasonable as well

This place made me realize that pho is a personal taste. I loved the broth here and didn't feel it needed much added, however my wife indicated it was not her favorite and loaded it up with hoisin and hot sauce. At any rate it was delicious (doctored or not) and we will return in the future.

Always on the lookout for great phò, and spotted this place while waiting for I-90 construction to lighten. Small but comfortable/modern digs doing brisk business. Our party of two had the soup and some fresh rolls. The rolls were oddly gritty/sandy, as if the herbs hadn't been washed. The soup was mediocre, lacking the deep, rich phò flavor we're accustomed to, stingy with the proteins, and mushy noodles. Didn't finish our portions. On the plus side, prices were better than Seattle, and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

Solid pho. Nothing to write home about but would come again. Fast and cheap. Pho is gluten free

Unfortunately this place was phogettable. It's located in the same strip mall as Safeway, so there's plenty of parking available. I walked in as it was opening and all the other tables filled quickly, so it seemed like it was going to be promising. The interior was clean and modern, and the server took orders quickly. The food came out quickly, but it looked like the meat to noodle ratio was way off. The broth was clear and not greasy, but it wasn't very rich or flavorful (and rich broth is key in pho). There was only one server for the entire restaurant and I don't think they were prepared for how many people were there right at opening, because I didn't receive my water until midway through my meal. I doubt there are many pho options in North Bend, so for the location, it's probably ok as a quick fix, but there are much better options on the east side and in Seattle.

The pho is good and we are very regular customers. They close at 7:30 not 8:00pm. We have called no less than a dozen times at 7:30 with no answer and that is after repeated attempts because Yelp and Google say they are open until 8:00pm. So my advice if you want to eat here call before 7:30pm. This evening I called @7:35pm no less than 5 times thinking they were busy and when they did answer the gentlemen was very rude and said they close at 7:30pm-noted.

We came here not thinking much on our way out to the lake. This place had amazing pho and one of the best Bahnmi sandwiches that I have ever had. This was fantastic and highly recommend if you are in the area or just passing through.

Love a good pho restaurant that is family-owned and ran! The 2 boys working the front are super nice and attentive, it feels like they're my brothers whenever I come. I always get the combo pho and spring rolls, but my other favorites are the chicken wings and shaken beef. Of course I also have to get a Vietnamese coffee if I'm coming for lunch, but I also like to try their fun mocktails!The food comes out fast and fresh, and always hits the spot. Definitely a solid place for quick lunch or takeout for nights I feel too lazy to cook.
