Very friendly service with breakfast and lunch hours. Order at one window and pick up at another. Homemade salads soups and cookies are delicious. Sandwich meats are unimpressive .Recommended Slainte

Delicious chicken salad on croissant. My husband got the special southwest chicken salad and really enjoyed it, too. Service was friendly and we got our food quickly! We'll definitely be back!

Homemade simple, best cookies. I have ordered for my office, and everyone was pleased. I go back only for day-old cookies, which does them a disservice, so listen to the others.

A cute and super friendly little cafe! I popped in right before they closed and they were very friendly and chatting with me. I had my son along too, and they were super sweet to him. I enjoyed my turkey sandwich and their Tea Punch too! clean, friendly, and fresh and well put together food for a nice value!

3.75 Stars! I work right off Trousdale, and this is my first time at Unique Flavors Cafe. Very simple cafe that serves decent for cheap! They are only open for breakfast and lunch, 7-3. You order at the cashier and pick up your food at the counter. They also an array of dessert available. I order the chicken curry croissant sandwich with the vegetable beef soup and my husband ordered the San Franciscan with the baked chips. The food came up very quick. The sandwich was good, had a good curry flavor and the croissant was nice and buttery. The soup was just ok. My husband also enjoyed his sandwich; however he didn't get baked chips as requested. Good place for a quick, cheap, simple lunch.

Our work team of four ate here today and I think this will be the new usual for us on the south side. I had the club sandwich and tomato basil soup. Both were good but the soup was awesome...left Panera in the dust. Two of the guys had quiche and gave it praise too. Whatever you try just be sure to get cookies and fruit tea.

I had a good sandwich, the "Edmonson," roast beef with tasty herb cream cheese. It was a nice alternative to salty chain sandwich shops. The Itallian wedding soup was not bad but not noteworthy. The price was quite reasonable. My food was pretty quick once I ordered, but the ordering was a sloooow. A second register or faster register and faster operator would help gain another star.I'll be back to try some of the really tempting looking pastries.

The only thing unique about this place is how soggy and gross the sandwiches are. My 4 year old can make a better sandwich in her sleep. On top of that, the two women working in there are insanely dismissive. They are jerks to you for no reason. God forbid you have a question about a dish. After the crappy food and getting the stink eye from the owner the entire time, it's pretty clear that this place is 100% unapproachable. 10/10 would not recommend. It's absolutely disgusting in more ways that one. Also, I know someone that worked there for a short time. They informed me that the entire staff "forgets" to wash their hands at an alarming rate. Take what you want from that. I'm just telling you what I know.
