Always a long line, but don't let that stop you because they move fast. the baristas are friendly and the coffee is good.the only thing i hate is that a lot of places now take your card and process it for you. they turn they screen around to ask if you would like to leave a tip. when you say no thanks here they reply with "no worries." I was never worried until the barista on more than one occasion said "no worries" Since it makes me feel weirdly uncomfortable I try to only go there when there is no other option.

Union has one of the best tasting coffees compared to other coffee stands I've been to and they're only located right down the street from my house, which makes it really convenient when I'm on the go. The only downside to this business is their customer service. It's honestly a gamble on whether or not I'll be receiving good or bad service depending on the barista. Sometimes they're friendly and quirky, other times they'll have a cold demeanor and it can be unsettling at times. Okay, now, I don't expect Dutch Bro's level of customer service because they will go ABOVE AND BEYOND their service and will talk to you like they haven't seen you in five years, but even the bare minimum is fine for any business, at least for me.

My concerns are about failing to subscribe to the rules regarding hygienic food and drink handling. Management should revisit the importance of handling cash and then using those same filthy hands to add ice to a cold drink AND popping in the drink straw touching the end of the straw that would next meet my mouth. I will say I haven't had a bad drink there and I visit there often. The quality of the drinks and food are consistently good but I will ask them to remake my drink if I see this disregard to the rules that each employee is aware of when they received their food handling lessons.

Iced caramel macchiato to wake me up on a Monday afternoon! Easy in and easy out. Barista was very courteous! I'll be back if I'm ever in the area.

Very rude! Awful customer service (young, long blonde hair girl working 7/13 at 4:25 pm) Really doesn't care about serving customers. Tried to talk about my experience, she could care less. Won't go here again. Highly recommend to avoid.

I ordered an iced lavender latte and I couldn't taste the lavender. The coffee is strong tasting, but still better/less bitter than Starbucks. Friendly staff, one to take the order and make the drink, and another to take payment. It can be a bit difficult to get into the line with where it is positioned, but it's convenient in that it's right near Hwy 9.

Horrible customer service. a lot of side chatter between the girls it's like i didn't even exist to them. The girl who was helping me was so rude and rolling her eyes at me the entire time. don't wast your time or money here. i have been a loyal customer for years and have always loved it don't know what's going on lately but even their waiting time has gone up waiting 10 minutes for a drink is just absurd.

Coffee was blah. Nothing special to boast about. My americano tasted watery and they didn't put enough flavor in it. Their pizza pocket looks like a hot pocket on steroids. It was actually really good. I'd go back for the pizza pocket but not coffee.

They gave me only one thing of cream cheese for a whole bagel and gave me the wrong sandwich. Only reason why they're getting two stars is because they're usually nice, and the location is the better one to get to I-5.
