1st Underground Burger in Arizona, opened up in 2022. Originally from Washington this burger spot is sure to please your taste buds! Starting with fresh quality ingredients, great burger to bun ratio, homemade dressing for the burger which brings this combination all together oh so well! Customer service is friendly, fast and efficient. They offer outdoor patio sitting, you can also enjoy in the car or take it home if not too far.I really enjoyed this experience! Underground Burger emerged during COVID, designed primarily as a DoorDash kitchen. It's an interesting hybrid--not quite a dine-in spot and lacking a drive-through, it caters mostly to the carry-out crowd. If picking up your food and heading home is your style, this place hits the mark. However, for those who prefer the convenience of a drive-through or the option to sit and dine in, it may fall short.The food at Underground Burger is solid. The hamburgers are of good quality and cooked just right, accompanied by decent fries. It's a straightforward, satisfying meal that hits the spot when you're craving a classic burger.Service is efficient and friendly, perfectly aligned with its carry-out and online order focus. They get your order right and out the door quickly, which is great if you're in a hurry.Underground Burger delivers quality food and quick service, making it a good option for those who prefer carry-out. However, the lack of a drive-through or dining area might make it less appealing for others. Until they expand their setup, you'll more likely find me at Five Guys. I'd give it 3.5 stars--great for carry-out, but lacking the convenience and options of other burger spots.

After tons of friends recommended this place, we had to try it. I downloaded the app and placed order. The app was very easy to navigate. It even offered a free milkshake and has a reward program. My husband and I both ordered the underground burger, he added bacon and I had grilled onions. We ordered the waffle fries to share and had the chocolate shake. When we got there to pick up the order, it was ready to-go. We got home and enjoyed our burgers. Can't believe it took us this long to try it!

We are definitely going back. Hot food. Good ingredients. Nice and simple but well worth it.

We have had our share eating underground burgers. We enjoy them from time to time. Their burger and fries are delicious. Underground doesn't have much of a selection, but what the do offer is very good.

We've heard many times from friends, family and acquaintances that Underground is the best burger in QC. We were finally able to go and have a burger from there today. We had tried several times but they have limited hours. So, if you're planning to visit make sure they are open first! We are both so glad to say this IS the BEST BURGER in Queen Creek! The fries are perfectly done too. The only downside is the prices, but if they deliver every meal like the one we had today it's our new place when we want burger. We took ours home, but if you want eat there you can just know there are only 5 tables on the sidewalk out front. ENJOY!

This place has good simple burgers and delicious shakes. I ordered the Original underground burger with a strawberry shake. I enjoyed both. The prices are comparable to any other fast food place. I noticed that the 2 ladies working there were very concerned about cleanliness. The lady working the cash register washed her hands religiously in between packing food and taking orders.The place is hidden from the main road and it sits in a corner store by a Walgreens and a Aaron's furniture place. Plenty of parking but no place to sit inside to eat. It's a perfect burger to eat on the tailgate of your truck when the 3 tables outside are taken.I really like local owned businesses and I will continue to come here for good burgers.

We have been wanting to try this place and finally got around to it. The menu is pretty basic, Burgers with a GF option, 2 types of fries, and shakes. The burger was pretty good. The crinkle cut fries were crisp and good. It was pretty expensive for what you get though...$12 for a double and $9 for single patty? Kind of expensive. The service was nothing to get excited about. The young lady took our order, wasn't very talkative or overly friendly. There's only one table to sit at and it's outside, so don't expect to sit and have a meal. It's kind of cold and basic inside but overall the place isn't bad.

First time today. Ordered original birger and waffle fries. Fries were awesome and surprisingly the burger was awesome. Menu is limited but what beats a good burger and fries

Finally I got to try this place...been waiting to give them a fair review since I read a few crazy unfair reviews that gave 1 star kuz their clothes smelled after visiting..or kuz they didn't have pickles..they serve what they serve.. smh..well for me, the place is very clean, staff was nice and the food was fast..as for the burger, veggies were fresh, burger was juicy, bread was soft..my only complaint was it was bland..the sauce in it and the burger itself had no seasoning..i definitely recommend this place for a try at least, probably in the top 10 things u could eat in dry QC..but I couldn't go here regularly for a $10 burger when I could get one for $3 down the way..give it a try..
