I ordered online and went to pick up. The kiosk was easy to use to alert them you were there. My cheesteak was really good. It came out hot and ready. The crab fries were a good addition. Flavorful and real crab meat. Would I be back? Absolutely. IG/TikTok:@ChrissyEatsAtl

I went here 2 days in a row for this menu item. I took my mom to run some errands and she purchased me this entrée. Lump crab fries with remolade sauce super delicious! So I had to add a pic of the official cherry pinocoloda water ice!

The food was good and my wife enjoyed the ice water. I'm trying to get used to the food hall industry.

Food was awesome , owners were pleasant . Beef Philly is on another level! Crab fries were good , I wanted more sauce !

Got an OG cheesesteak and small crab fries and both were a 10/10. This is a must try in my opinion. Service was ok being it's a ghost kitchen. Ambiance is ok being it's a ghost kitchen

I drove about 40mins through traffic from Vinings. It was soo worth it.i was excited to see a ghost kitchen In action, super efficient. The communication was great. The beef cheesesteaks have soo much meat & flavor. I could only eat 1/2. My husband said the same about the chicken Cheesesteak, he loved it. The crab fries were also outstanding. Way more crabmeat than I expected. They have a good thing going. Easily best cheesesteak in Atlanta.

First time going to a place where you place an order and you see no one - you do it on a screen. I was expecting a restaurant. But it was all good. The food was delicious... o will definitely go back!!!

Best water ice in town. Nothing will disappoint. Get the mango one first, it's top tier. The Philly is pretty good too. Fries are seasoned. No complaints.

I really want to like the food/concept but this has been my 3rd visit and it's not improved...The online order is useless, you still must check-in once you arrive...the time given (food will be ready) on line NEVER matches when your food will be ready. The owner Don Juan is very involved and wants/will make it work. However, after waiting 1:45 and traveling 35 miles to get "just good" Philly was underwhelming....

Earlier today was my first time ordering food from So Icey and it will not be my last. Their food was amazing. The next time I will pick it up myself though. Uber Eats Sucks.
