Having one of those mornings where I just wanted to order breakfast while relaxing in my pajamas, Uncle Ben's Grill showed up eleventh within a radius of me after searching out Breakfast & Brunch options via Yelp. I loved that Uncle Ben's Grill not only delivered via Grubhub, but also had a feasible delivery fee with no minimum fee.I ended up ordering the 2 eggs special with hashbrowns and two slices of raisin bread w/ an orange juice. It took a total of twenty-seven minutes from the time my order was acknowledged by Grubhub to the arrival of it at my doorstep. A shout out to the Grubhub delivery driver for making that happen within a reasonable timeframe. The 2 eggs special with hashbrowns and raisin bread was very presentable in its package and container. And its taste was fresh, properly seasoned, well-portioned and far from disappointment.My experience as a whole was pleasant with Uncle Ben's Grill. This is by far without a doubt my FAVORITE PLACE TO EAT IN THE CITY! The food is AMAZING, portions are large, service is insanely quick and the prices are great. This is a small family owned business that blows my mind every time I eat here. You couldn't ask for nicer people to serve you and in my opinion you can't find a better tasting lunch/breakfast spot in the city. This is a hidden treasure for sure. I am a regular now.

Do not walk. RUN to this place. It's difficult to express how satisfying my food was. My coffee was prepared perfectly. The biscuits and gravy were some of the best I've ever had. French toast, same. They even called to see how I like certain items prepared. If I were wealthy, I would hire this staff to make my food daily. Please, I implore you, do check them out. I, for one, will be back again, and again, and again...

I was in Chicago for my eldest daughter's wedding and it literally everywhere we went the food just was disappointing except Tommy's Grill we ordered about $55 worth of food which probably doesn't sound like a lot but considering there was only two of us and this was breakfast it was kind of a lot however it was delicious the eggs were cooked perfectly the hash was just creamy cheesy goodness I mean even the toast was good we also ordered some chicken soup for later homemade and it was to die for so if you're ever in Chicago close to the Ukrainian section please please get some Tommy's go in order it they deliver it.

This place is the best hidden gem in the city. The staff is so passionate about making sure your food is prepared to your satisfaction. Not only do they have the best breakfast but the best service. Anything in the menu is excellent and really care about giving you the best quality food. I love this place!!!
