Umi Teriyaki

Had to get a quick bite before an eye appointment. Had the 5-piece Gyoza...only $3.99. Just missed the rush of people for lunch. Many people picking up to-go orders. Would like to go back & give it another try when not so rushed.

Pretty disappointed in the food overall. The salad dressing was extremely vinegar and like the consistency of a melted milkshake. The miso soup was very fishy. California roll was tasteless. The teryiyaki sauce was like microwaved maple syrup with a bit of ginger added. Carrots and onions were stored near the bathroom which poses some health concerns. They closed at 830 and we specifically went in after back to school night because there was seating in the lobby. We were told that only to go orders could be made at 8:00 PM. With a 7 week old baby and a 4 year old exhausted child the staff wanting to bail at exactly 830 resulted in us all eating in the car. Overall it was very disappointing.

Really wanted to like there food... I use to go about 6 months back and the food was good. I went recently only to find that my chicken was under cooked, the sauce was watery, and tasted horribly. Finally the salad dressing, was like water and tasted roten

The worst chicken katsu ever is served here!!!! It was hard, brown, dried out .. the chicken must of been re cooked and served in my to go plate. Also the salad dressing was very vinegarie and really runny like watered down.. I will never spend another dollar in this restaurant...... VERY DISAPPOINTED. The rice is what got the one star

Best spicy chicken this side of Yoshino's on First Hill. Portions are good, and the meat is juicy and tender. Average storefront style sushi, but the teriyaki makes up for it.

Not good at all, super strange service. I would not eat here again. Both employees sat on their phones the entire time I was there, brought me my meal in a take out box, no side sauces on the tables, no plates, no water unless you want to buy one. Why ask if it's dine in or take out if your going to plop a to go box on the table? Salad wasn't dressed just in a to go box with a side of dressing.

Worst chicken yakisoba I have ever had. spent over $40.00 (including tax) for meals that were worse than my least favorite takeout (dominoes ). Would suggest skipping this place.

If you want nasty teriyaki, this is a spot go ahead go To sunny teriyaki in Burlington!

Food was quick and pretty good. Not the best teriyaki chicken I've had but over all satisfied. I need to go in more to try the other things they offer
