Tried their seasonal New Orleans iced coffee made with chicory and it was so good. Nice and bitter like you would find at Blue Bottle. The chai scone was more like a biscuit but still very delicious. The chai frosting had such a nice spice to it. Lots of seating and a decent spot to work from with wifi and outlets.

Hidden gem in Jamaica Plain-- definitely worth the trip! I ordered an iced latte with lavender flavoring, a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel, and an earl grey scone. The latte was good, nothing particularly memorable about it. Lavender flavor was pretty subtle. The bacon egg and cheese was great-- the egg was fluffy and the bacon portion was generous. The classic all-around breakfast sandwich! The earl grey scone was incredible! I would come back just for the scone. I was a bit hesitant about the idea of early grey in a scone, but it was a perfect subtle and smooth flavor. The texture and moisture was spot-on as well. Tried a bite of a friend's orange-cranberry scone as well, and it was delicious with a strong orange flavor.

I stopped in here with a friend after a long walk and I'm so glad we went here. We got there not too much before closing, but they were just as friendly and accommodating as if we got there first thing. They have a ton of options, including plenty for vegetarians and vegans. I got the breakfast burrito (as I am seemingly always craving one) and my friend got the caprese. I was tempted by the treats they had in the display case, but we opted just to get our sandwich/burrito.Our food came out quickly and was perfectly made. I really appreciated that the egg in my burrito was bodega-style which made it so much less messy to eat. My friend practically devoured her sandwich; she thought the maple balsamic was so tasty and the veggies and pesto were really fresh. She has food allergies and was really happy with how much they laid out what was and wasn't in the food. They had convenient parking and plenty of outdoor tables. I will definitely come back when I'm in town.

I'm obsessed with this place, they have great food, great coffee, and a really chill, cozy atmosphere. The service is usually pretty quick, and all the employees I've dealt with have been friendly. My go to is usually their turkey sandwich and an early grey latte!

Today I ordered an iced vanilla latte and the chipotle chicken sandwich. The sandwich was pretty good, but the latte was very lacking. It was watery and pretty bland with very little ice. Overall, I'd say if you're going for the food, it would be worth a trip. For coffee, not so much. Also, it was very loud, which made it hard to get any work done, and the atmosphere was just OK.

The food is amazing! The service is always friendly, and there's indoor seating if you prefer it; it can get a little loud sometimes. The drinks are a little watery for my liking, especially the chai latte. The quality and flavor of the food makes up for the lacking drinks. I had the Ula Sunrise with maple pork sausage and it is perfect.

A nice option for lunch, the curry chicken sandwich was good but not too heavy. The place itself has a nice ambiance and conducive for conversation. I also was tempted to get their coffee due to other reviews but opted for an iced latte which was much needed to get me through the afternoon.

Was in the JP area and wanted to try Ula! My partner and I got a roasted turkey ranch sandwich, curried chicken salad sandwich, coconut mojito scone, and hibiscus berry scone -TASTE: 5/5 - I thought the flavors were on point! The turkey sandwich was our favorite, w the satisfying bacon, sweet tomatoes, house buttermilk ranch, and bread itself. The curried chicken salad sandwich was a refreshing take on chicken salad, combined w the curry yogurt and red onion. The scones were amazing; so strong in their coconut and berry flavors respectively, and such a treat!TEXTURE: 4/5 - the sandwich toppings and toasted bread made for good contrast, and the scones weren't dry hehePRICE: 4/5 - total came out to $39SERVING SIZE: 4/5 - would've preferred larger sandwiches but they, together w the scones, satisfied our lunch craving SERVICE: 4/5 - walked in at 12:15pm on a Saturday and waited in line for 5min at the counter. Not sure if it's always this busy; our sandwiches took ~15minATMOSPHERE: 4/5 - we could tell it's a local/family favorite and socially conscious business! Enjoyed the artwork on the walls, pay it forward options, and the diversity in ownership and patrons coming in and out. More indoor seating than I expected once you head toward the back section, and a cool location by the breweryPARKING: 5/5 - decent number of parking spots available in The Brewery plaza

Cons: Whenever you order something additional to a sandwich for an extra cost, they will not actually put it on the sandwich. This has happened multiple times. So, please check your sandwich before you bring it home. Additionally, if you tell them that these things are missing and ask for it, they will not be too happy. And their sandwiches are just okay. It does take a while to get your food, but it's made fresh. Pros: They have the best matcha in the area. It is a 10/10. The lemonade is also great. I love their "pay it forward", you can pay for a drink, sandwich, pastry, etc and they post it on the wall so someone else can get it for free. Their mashed avocado is excellent, you can really taste the lemon juice in it.
