Ugly Mugs Coffee & Tea

I always have a great time at Ugly Mugs. The lavender latte is to die for, the blackbear is also delicious! Nice seating both indoors and out, free off street parking, and WiFi. Great spot to visit for a remote work day!

My friends and I got brunch in the plaza and were pleasantly surprised to find a coffee shop right there too. I ordered the Iced Lavender Latte with oat milk and it was pretty good. My latte was delicious, creamy, and tasted really nice with the lavender.Wait time wasn't too long. There was actually some kind of hold up, like one cashier's ipad wasn't working properly but they prepared my drink really quick. This place was packed, but the ambiance was very cozy and cool. I could see why this place was popular. I'd love to come back again soon.

My fav coffee shop in East Nashville to get some work done or meetup with friends. Only drawback is they close so early!

Great coffee and bagel options! Seems like a cute place inside to work and spend a few hours. Iced Fire inside: 4.5/5 one of their seasonal drinks, marshmallow sweetness balanced with the smokey oakCabin in the woods: 3.5/5 bit too much herbiness from the rosemary but the maple was good Bacon egg and cheese bagel: 4.5/5 solid bagel no complaints Service was nice but it can take a minute, would recommend coming if you're in no rush. Love the mugs wallpaper though ironically no one had any mugs

Drinks were delicious but maybe I missed the ugly mugs? Didn't see a mug in sight and everyone (including myself) who was sitting in the establishment was given a to-go cup.I ordered the avocado toast and was disappointed. It was the thinnest spread I had ever seen. Barely half an avocado was used. Not worth the $10. It was a great place to work and you could tell there were regulars. It just wasn't what I was expecting in kind of a "eh" way.

Came back again this morning and here we go again! Had to listen to grey haired mask guy complain about schedule making, inventory, new ownership. All while the line piled up and everyone waited. Coffee shops are where people start their days. Nobody wants your poor attitude rubbing on them. After my last review: ownership messaged me direct and focused on asking me to remove the photo my review. Not to take accountability and apologize, but instead to make excuses.If this is how the new ownership chooses to operate I'll choose to review it.

Food was pretty good and the coffee was tasty! Pricing is about average for a coffee shop. The place was packed on a Tuesday morning with lots of students/people working remotely, but we were able to find seating.

she hulk is an ube, coconut, and vanilla matcha -- it's as tasty as it looks! ugly mugs gets their ingredients from many small local businesses which is a huge plus. very family and dog friendly!

Quick service. Great co-working space, although it is pretty crowded. Amazing latte! I do wish the prices were cheaper, but hey this is inflation.

Love this spot in East Nashville. Great ambience and outdoor seating area. Interesting drinks and flavors to try. The Red Dragon gochuchang coffee tasted like spicy coffee. You can work/read here but there's some conversation noise.
