Very nice people. Food was great and they have a variety Japanese and Korean flair. They have an awesome parking lot and it is a cool little hole-in-the-wall eatery! Limited seating inside but they have a nice covered outdoor space. Good place to try if you're looking for something new but guaranteed yummy!

Katsu Bento ($17.99) - Crispy katsu with rice, salad, gyoza pieces, and California roll.Bulgogi ($16.99) - Flavorful bulgogi on a bed of fluffy rice with salad on the side and a runny egg on top.Located in downtown U- District.

Came here for dinner. Service was quick and the restaurant inside had someone at each table. Food is straight forward and good. I've also gotten the kung pao chicken and I think the spicy chicken is done better. I like the options that come with the spicy chicken and it's also got a good sauce.

Been going here for the past year as I lived in the West Dorms here at UW and have loved this place for a long while. The korean lady running the register is very sweet lady and the food quality is great. Wanted to leave a review as i went today lolPros- Outdoor and Indoor seating with great use space in my opinion- Outdoor seating is very cool for the summer- Its own parking lot cause goddamn the ave sucks to park on- Portions are a great size for the price (Teokbokki and Chicken Katsu for 33$)- They listen very well to request and add onsCons- Self-serve? Sometimes i be lazy yk but thats the only con i can think ofAs usually this place always delivers and is honestly a standout to the rest of the asian places ive eaten along the Ave and it fed a hungry broke student for a year, love it dearly. But only 4 stars cause one of my katsu pieces was burnt (im sorry i love you dupbop ill change it next time :) )

It's kind of hidden but it's on the Ave tucked into a parking lot. There's quite a lot of options! I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki bowl and it was good with generous portions. I had to get a to go box due to how much they gave me. There's also nice seating in a porch like area which was cool. They got various Asian cuisines and are generally pretty good at making them. Definitely check this place out!

Buldak BowlOk so honesty time: I really freaking love Korean food. But something about the way the chicken is cooked in this dish gives me the ick. For whatever reason, I've started to get turned off from chicken lately which is a hella weird thing to say. But I feel like I can actually taste the rawness of the chicken? Even when it's cooked? It's like a superpower. But like the opposite of a superpower. Also I saw my dad a few months ago and he randomly mentioned his sudden distaste for chicken, too. So maybe it's a genetic thing. Idk. @23andme get on this please.

Had the chicken gang jeong and love it..Occasionally, I had a strong craving for korean fried chicken, this dish hits the spot. The Korean? woman at the place is so kind and friendly, even though I come in a bit late close to their closing time. She was so attentive and helpful. I was very hungry so I even thought about ordering two dishes but she advised me that the gang jeong was plenty for one person (two people would be better actually) and indeed I was very satisfied afterward. I feel like with a lot of restaurants now post COVID service and attitude of staffs make me never want to come back but I'm so glad I went here :)

Had a surprisingly great work lunch with colleague. The food was simple, straightforward and tasty. Not a gourmet establishment but a great place to grab good authentic food. The staff were nice, helpful and happy to provide recommendations for lunch choices. It is a small restaurant (10-12 indoor seatings?) and imagine it can get busy at rush hours. An added benefit in the UW district is the parking that is attached to the restaurant - a great perk. Good prices, decent food quality, plenty of choices and available parking - what else can one ask for?Added to my lunch places list.

Delicious food and huge portions ! This Katsu curry is non-spicy and comes with bell peppers, zucchini, and peas on top of the usual carrots and potatoes. The rice was on the stickier side (how I prefer it) and it came out piping hot. You can tell they make it to order bc the curry took a little longer than the teriyaki chicken but overall quick and easy service. There's free water by the register. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, and the cool breeze was a good compliment to the hot food. Tables no bigger than 4 people so not great for big groups.
