They never disappoint! We are always super excited when we see that they are going to be at No label! We just love their food. Flavor is on point. This is some of our absolute favorite birria hands down. They have always been really friendly and professional. We love them!

Being from California, the food out here tastes a lil different. I thought all hope was lost until I came across TX Birria Boyz. Their Birria Tacos are some of the best I've ever had. The meat is flavorful and combined with the salsa and veggies, it's definitely on my top 3 list of things to eat whenever they're in Katy. The food comes out within 10-15 minutes. There's plenty of seating as they've partnered up with No Label brewing. Nothing better than a cold beer and some delicious tacos to enjoy the live music.

Food is great, service is HORRIBLE, seriously bad. They could have franchises by now with their food, but take it as someone who was a customer for years, it is not worth the bad experience you get everytime you even TRY to get food, because yeah, sometimes you can't even get it, either they're "bought" half hour after they open and they cannot care less if you live across town or we're waiting all week to be able to go, nope, they just refuse to take your order, that's how careless they are with their customers.

Delicious birria tacos! I was shocked to see them filled up - didn't skimp on the meat. It came with onions, cilantro, lime and salsa all for $12.

Their food truck came to my apartment complex and I've never had bad birria, so I figured why not lol service was good, but they only take cash, Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle. The food took 15 minutes to be ready, but we ordered 3 dishes so I'm not sure if that's standard. JUMBO QUESABIRRIA: This was basically a quesabirria quesadilla. It was cut into unequal pieces, but that didn't take away from the delicious flavor! The consommé it came with was also good! It didn't look like a lot, but my bf said it was really filling. BIRRIA RAMEN: I always love birria ramen and this was no exception! There was a bunch of cheese and birria! They definitely didn't skimp. I could barely finish the bowl! I actually had a ton of birria left after finishing the noodles because I didn't realize there was so much sitting at the bottom. Also, some places throw the ramen spice packets away and just use their own consommé, but I think they used the tapatio ramen spice packets because there was a subtle spice that built up as I was eating. BIRRIA TORTA: This was good too! Really filling and kinda heavy, but definitely delicious! I'm usually not a fan of torta buns, but, surprisingly, I liked these! They felt softer than I'm used to.

I have been a loyal customer of Birria Boyz since they first started selling their delicious birria tacos out of a house. However, I am deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with my recent experiences at the restaurant. Firstly, I would like to address the issue of service and employee professionalism. It is disheartening to say that the level of service has been lacking and the behavior of the employees has been unprofessional. As a long-time customer, I had expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy that seems to have been lacking in recent visits.Furthermore, the taste of the tacos has changed, and not for the better. The unique and flavorful taste that initially attracted me to Birria Boyz seems to have diminished. This inconsistency in taste has been a letdown, as I had come to expect a certain standard from this establishment.On top of that, I encountered issues with my order. I had to ask for a bag for my food not once, but twice, and even then, I was met with a bewildered look from the employee. Additionally, I had to request the red sauce that was supposed to be included with the tacos, which had been a standard offering since the beginning. To make matters worse, halfway through my drive home, I realized that the onions and cilantro, which are essential toppings for the tacos, were missing from my order.Overall, these experiences have left me feeling extremely disappointed. I believe it is crucial for Birria Boyz to be aware of the issues I encountered in order to improve their service and maintain the high standards they set for themselves. I hope that my feedback can contribute to the necessary changes that will restore the quality and satisfaction that I have come to expect from Birria Boyz.
