Two Ten Jack

Two Ten is my favorite. Sushi, edamame, Ramen...Top faves: yellowtail carpaccio, spicy tuna + crispy rice, & crab noodles or chicken ramen I need to go back this week. It's all calling my name.

Two ten jack is izakaya + Ramen restaurant. They have two stores. One is in nashville, the other in chattanooga. His style is inspired by Japanese cuisine, also combine local and southern ingredient and idea. Their drink is super good as well. Like plum wine, sake and cocktail. Full of specialty. The izakaya is pretty traditional Japan flavor. I highly recommend make a reservation fire because the store is popular. The overall ambiance is a little bit industry style. Owner have a lot of plant so overall is fun and chill. The service is goodDish: Appetizer: I got spicy tuna+sticky rice. This one is pretty good. The grind tuna are cold and spicy balanced. The sticky rice underneath is right after deep frying. It is super hot and crispy. So you really can feel hot melt cold（trigger fat part taste better), also rice is plain then hold the flavor tuna provide in. Also get takoyaki. This restaurant takoyaki is special. Their sauce made by miso+butter. Provide a salty flavor. The takoyaki use corn flour instead of regular wheat flavor. ---hashpuppy. The pour some honey understand. So sweet+salt. Hot vs cold(sauce). They control the sweetness and salt level in a good ratio So will not feel one side is too much. I cannot say like it or not because it is something I didn't try before. It is special. Izakaya is all super good! They all a little bit salty for me. I really love the wagyu one. Others like chicken meatball, steak skirt,......all super good. Maybe next time I will ask chef put less salt on it. We order two Ramen:Tonkotsu: creamy pork broth. It is delicious, thick and creamy. I don't like the noodle part because it is still more hard texture. This actually really depends on different people preference. We also get abura soba. Overall taste is good. This Ramen is without soup. It is also too salty for me. This one is super special. In summary. I love their drink and izakaya. Other dish is standard level.

Had an amazing time at Two Ten Jack. This is a very unique dining experience with some awesome menu options. We all were very excited to try this spot and it did. It disappoint. They have a very rustic style and will serve a full menu up at the bar as well. Food comes out quick and on point. Perfect spot for a happy hour or grab a drink after work. We agreed it's an awesome date spot because there is a lot going on and food is coming out sporadicly.

First time at Two Jen Jack was a great experience! From the ambiance, the service and the food...everything was 10/10. I will definitely make sure to add this to my list of Nashville staples.

Order food to go, the wagyu skewers, corn and chicken ramen. Honestly this was really good. I did feel like the ramen broth lacked depth and salt/umami but it was still tasty. The egg was my favorite part, perfect. The wagyu was yummy too and flavorful along with the corn, very delicious. Overall was great and would come here again. Noodles were good too with bite and slight chewiness

We had to make an online reservation about half a week in advance, bc otherwise the restaurant gets full really quickly on the weekends. Came here on a Saturday evening for dinner time and was surprised at how fast the service was! We got seated and served within 10 minutes of arrival! The tonkotsu ramen was great! Noodles were al dente, egg was perfectly runny, and the broth was creamy and umami. The ingredients were all fresh and complimented each other well in texture and flavor. Loved the plants in the restaurant as well!

Hands down make one of the best spots to stop at in Nashville. The food is amazing selection of different bits.

Don't know how I haven't been to Two Ten Jack before. Maybe it's because when I'm over here in the area I'm always sucking down buffalo queso at Rosepepper without a thought of what else is out there in the world.Enjoyed the vibe here as well as the food. Service was great on a busy Monday evening. Obviously came for the ramen which was good BUT the crispy rice & caeser salad were both surprisingly good in their own right.I had the chicken ramen add tofu puffs & & my wife had the tonkotsu add burned corn. Bowls were empty & bellies full. Also like the $6 Kirin on draft. Not as good as $2 Kirin in Tokyo but good Nashville prices.

Tried their ramen and it was a 4/5. We sat at the bar and the bartender was good with his service and conversations as well. We are here in the day and it looked good inside. The vibe would def get better by night for sure.

Garlic noodles and spicy crab noodles are the best. Food is amazing here. The sushi is also very good. Great cocktails and really nice atmosphere inside and on the patio.
