Twin Kegs 2

For surprisingly great blues jamming with the locals, this is the place!! Ordered only pork bites appetizer as we have big dinner ahead, it was good!Glad they serve no -alcoholic beer, my go to these days.People are pleasant and friendly, you'll feel homie!

Great local bar ... owner Todd is super friendly and he has updated the outdoor deck with heat lamps, enclosed sides to block wind so you can hang out with your doggies in warm comfort. They have lots of free music, comedy and spoken word shows almost every day of week in pm - call for details. Great burger special for lunch, inexpensive beer prices and friendly folks = an easy 5 star local establishment.

Apparently my review was unclear to Todd the business manager, so let me be more specific. My date asked for mustard and he was told they didn't have any. So either they ran our and didn't restock it or the bartender thought they didn't. And no, we did not get drink refills. Of course the drinks should have had them, but our drinks were never refilled. The bar wasn't busy, we were the only two seated at the bar and there was only one other table in the whole place. The bartender was talking to someone standing there. I just wanted to clear all that up. But no, there's no reason to return. Food was average at best.

You've got to eat here. The food comes out quickly, is delicious and super consistent. We come here all the time for date night and we've never been disappointed. Attentive bar staff. Live local music. Live in bar cat who doesn't bother anyone, but makes himself available for pets. Dog friendly. Ample parking. It attracts a really wide range of patrons - being right outside of downtown. Some nights it's wild 20-somethings and other nights is old timers singing karaoke. You just never know when you come to Twin Kegs, but it's worth it.

For those of you that remember Twin Kegs on Nolensville Road, this is the same owner and the same great atmosphere. A lot bigger place with a big porch which we enjoyed sitting on and listening to live music. They have a great selection of beer and the best burgers! Yes they still have the infamous "hubcap burger" which is enough for at least 2-3 people or one big hungry dude! The owner is so much fun and we enjoyed our evening there. Once COVID restrictions are lifted live indoor bands will start again.

I love me some dive bars! This is definitely one of those where you become family as you walk in the door. All of the bartenders are nice. They have beers on draft and some in the bottles and cans. They have fireball and other liquors too. They have a really delicious burger, wings, wraps, fries, well good food in general. They have one pool table and it's free to play. They have a open mic comedy shows once a month and they have karaoke once a week. Todd has some of his pictures up on the wall and they are for sale if you like one of them. Lots of locals there and just a nice place to drink a beer and have a good dive bar experience.

Sadly, this is the second unfavorable review I've had to make regarding Twin Kegs II. During an innocent conversation about the new Jason Aldeen song with other customers, the owner told me I was "fucking wrong" for saying that Black Lives Matter does not believe in torching or destroying businesses.I tried to speak with the owner and he told me everything out of my mouth was "shit I was spewing that no one wants to hear." I attempted to resolve this issue personally and he told me he didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I rarely give reviews, let alone negative ones, yet I felt compelled to share my experience given the disrespectful language and behavior directed at me. On a side note, the owner told me personally he was upset by my last review, claiming it was horrible" even though the info included was factual.I attempted to peacefully resolve this issue privately before writing this review.

It's been a few months an notice a few changes. Picture or 2 have been added to the art wall. Maybe I forgot but a new bar tender, a different way of serving food as to once a small basket to a try with food and fries in a cone like cup served on the try. The fries seem to be longer not the McDonalds fries you get in drive threw. Todd, the owner, still have the same hair cut. LOL. More people showed up for comedy night and one thing I noticed more laughter as people come in you can feel people are really relaxed. It didn't matter what race you are. What part of the world you're from. Everyone was in good spirits and hugging as everyone knew each other. I feel out of place because I did know anyone or seen anyone I knew. I order food from the new bar tender and it came to me in 10 to 12 minutes after given my order. Noice she was to me.The energy around the bar was all positive the way people meet and greet each other. Some people even bring their pets, like their dogs, and Todd allow them in the bar, which everybody was OK with. Because their pets were good pets and didn't mind having their head scratch once in a while . Even the guest at the bar are very polite people and respectful that comes to this bar. And I used to come to the bar about a few years ago. The peoples attitude has never change. There's always respectful people and new people that comes in respectful too. They atmosphere in the bar is nice and peaceful and polite. But the time I went here this past two weeks I've met two of the regular folks I haven't seen in a year or two. I guess folks like this atmosphere they come back for more. Since Covid scare a few people away, some of them are starting to come back. And that is very good and very nice that People did not forget a place to go to have good people respectful people. Is it Twin Kegs 2 . I need to start going back there more then I used to. This is why I get five stars for Twin Kegs 2.

Love this place. Burgers and wings are great. Todd is amazing! Lexi the bar tender and Zeke are my favs so kind and personable. Kelsey does open mic comedy night every week and it's always hilarious. Always something going on and a good time. Lots of laughs and karaoke .

I stumbled across this Nashville gem 2 months ago and typically don't post on Yelp but felt it would be irresponsible of me to not on this occasion. As a wing connoisseur, I will tell you these are easily the best Cajun wings I have absolutely ever eaten. Bartenders Bobby and Brittany are super friendly pour great drinks and the owner, Todd, is extremely warm and welcoming and any time you order wings and the entire bar starts chanting 'wing king' you know you've found your spot. You can go downtown and pay quadruple for your drinks and hang out with tourists or you can drive a mile from downtown and experience the real Nashville, listen to amazing Nashville artists and eat the best wings you will ever put in your mouth.
