Ordered food when they were at Lucky Envelope Brewery in Ballard. The food truck is conveniently located immediately next to the brewery entrance. We arrived around 3:30pm and ordered food before checking in with brewery staff for a table. Our food was ready before we were seated, so we stood with the boxes in front of the brewery. Even with a bit of delay to start eating, the food was nice and hot! We got crab ragoons, panang curry, eggplant entree, and pork & gravy. I ordered the eggplant dish and it was really good. The texture between the eggplant and tofu were really nice, and the oyster sauce was flavorful. You can't go wrong with crab ragoons, which were fried to perfection with a creamy crab filling. They have sides of hot sauce to allow you to spice as you'd like, so I added about a teaspoon for some heat. I can certainly say my tummy was feeling full and yummy.

Awesome food truck with kind, knowledgeable staff! Thoroughly enjoyed me food, and the staff was knowledgeable about all of their food items for gluten free consumers.

The flavors are just OK, the tofu in my drunken noodles is cold. The biggest issue for me was the burnt crab rangoon. Not only were they overcooked it cost $7 for 5 tiny rangoon, seriously the smallest crab rangoon I've ever seen especially for $1.40 a piece.

Love it! Big fans of the green beans, garlic chicken stir fry and my personal favorite, the panang curry. When the truck is in town, we're getting Thai for dinner!

You know those people you meet, and right away, you feel like you've been friends for ages?I kinda have that relationship with the food at Yummy Tummy. First bite of my potstickers, I felt like I was visiting an old friend who'd gathered a ton of awesome stories and experiences from traveling abroad.I ordered more.Every dish felt like the most complex, interesting, and satisfying version I'd ever had. Don't get me wrong - it's just plain delicious too, but man, for someone who enjoys tasting something and trying to discern the flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques, Buck's food was fascinating!Next time I'm in Fremont (or hell, anywhere near Seattle) I'm for sure tracking down Tummy Yummy, fist-bumping Buck, and then consuming everything on the menu.

Super nice people run this truck, and the food is tasty, but this is the second time the rice was chewy and dry, almost even frosted on top. I couldn't eat it. Spending fourteen bucks and only having some Penang veggies and tofu just isn't right. Without the rice it's not a meal. I'm really sad about this. Love them and their food. I may give something without rice a try. But inedible rice translates to a food place that takes short cuts. I expect tasty unfancy food from a food truck. Rice sucking is like water or bread sucking. It's the simplest things. My visits were months apart so this must be just the way it is. When people love you and you screw up the most basic element.

Better than most (all?) Thai restaurants I've been to lately. The forager yakisoba was excellent, sweet but not too rich. perfectly cooked mushrooms. Highly recommend!

Was at Chucks Hop Shop in Central District the other night. Was planning to go back and have dinner at home but after smelling the amazing food steaming out of their food truck, I just knew I wouldn't sleep well if I didnt try it. Im glad I did.It was just after 8pm and the truck was closed for the night. I saw the back doors opened and peaked in. I met the owner/chef. His name was Buck. I was just hoping to meet the chef and just pick his brain about the menu- which said Chinese Yakisoba noodles so I wanted to gain more clarity- I thought it was a typo on the menu. After further explanation, he insisted he make me something to try.He didn't have much protein left and was running low on Vegetables (why they proceeded to close early). After just chopping it up with Buck, he went out of his way to make me what he could with what he had leftover. He threw together what he could to make me the Shaboisan Noodles. The black pepper oyster sauce was incredible and complimented the heat of the wok. He threw in chicken and some tofu and it was amazing. Completely unexpected and worlds better than the pesto pasta I was going to heat up back at home. Buck introduced me to his partner Stephanie as well and gave me his business card. I remembered his food truck schedule do I could find him next time. Great guy and customer service. Felt like an old friend was serving me a family dish. The food speaks for itself but a great night meeting a new face! I can tell him and his partner put everything they have into their food.Highly recommended. Im a sucker for stir fry noodles
