Ying Chang Hmong & Chinese Hot Food

Huge portions and excellent food. It was a busy Saturday so there was a bit of a wait, but the food was worth it. We ate outside on the picnic tables.

Food:2Service: 2Ambiance:1Let me start by saying I love Asian food. This is my first time trying this food truck as I am not from Arkansas. I ordered the shrimp pad see eu! I was not disappointed. Although there was a bit of a wait, it was worth it. My food was hot plentiful and delicious. Whenever we are back in Fayetteville Arkansas, I would definitely come back.

Food was super quick and delicious! Huge portion size. Ordered the chicken pad thai, hmong sausage, stuffed chicken wings, charsiu pork skewer, and pork pad see ew.

Waited over 30 minutes for food to be ready for two of us. Once we got it have to say quantity was huge especially for the price. It was well prepared with the noodles being just right, not too firm, not too soft. There was a reasonable number of shrimp in my Pad Thai and a good amount of chopped peanuts on top. As for flavor not bad but not great. I would eat here again but it is probably not going to be the first place I am going to head to if I am wanting a good Pad Thai.

The food is great but the quantity of the protein is ridiculous. Bought steak and rice, an got manly rice and hardly any steak . Cost me $30 just for rice pretty much. Will not return

This food sucks with a capital SUCKS. Can't believe I fell for the Yelp reviews again. Seriously, if you have even semi-refined taste buds, skip this junk.Yes, you get a TON of food, but what does that matter when it tastes awful?I feel like Arkansan's are much more focused on quantity over quality. Which says a lot, that I don't really need to spell out... oink oink If you care, here is what I ordered- pepper steak, bland and chewy.Generals chicken- bland and soft?Egg rolls- I've had worse (in Arkansas)Crab Rangoon- best of the rest but not great.Honestly, I could see this place being a college kids joint as the more hungover or toked out the better it may taste?Otherwise, skip the trip.

Northwest Arkansas this May be the best Chinese food in or around a 200 mile radius!!!!!! All I can say is wow, this food truck is delicious. I arrived around 5:30 so there was a line and remember they'll be a line in you are coming between 5-8.First I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice 8.00 bucks can't get any better right but it does. It comes with a spicy Thai sauce that has cilantro and Thai chili's omg where has this been all my life. I ordered the egg drop soup ohhh my very good enough to feed 2 people. Also had the general chicken it was 5 stars!!!!!! That was only 7 bucks, You get alot of food for very lil money. Can't wait to try it all. The sauce omg it's soooooo good

Ying Chang may have just skyrocketed up my list to the top Chinese food in the area. First thing to note is the portions here are absolutely enormous for the price, easily two meals worth of food. Last time I was in I tried the Sesame Chicken which was perfectly crisp and coated with a delicious sticky sauce to bring it all together. I appreciated the use of vegetables such as onion and peppers to bring the dish together and lighten it up a bit. Will definitely be returning to try much more of the extensive menu offerings.

Hits the spot every time! They are generous with their portions and it's always fresh and hot!

I would never eat here ever again I got food poisoning from this food truck I been throwing up and and have full blown diarrhea for the past three days!!! Don't not go there to eat
