Have used this shop before for buying rocks for grandchildren and servicing jewelry but the stop made today will be the last one ever. Just wanted to get 4 batteries for 4 watches. When I stopped back by to pick up the watches, I got back three and one with a broken band and the man (who had never provided any of the previous services) simply said, I broke the band and can't get the back of the watch to go back on. The clerk looked at him and said "Can't you fix the band for her" and he said "What for? She can't use that watch now anyway". This brand of watch AX (Armani Exchange) is not expensive but is a very good watch and it was given to me as a gift. He finally fixed the band and took out the battery he had put in it. Handed me back a watch with a back I now have to take to another jeweler to put on ... and get a battery. I have never seen such incredibly poor customer treatment or service in my life and I'm not a youngster. They also sell tombstones, so I'm sure there is one for the old geezer who didn't want to take care of the store's customer today. Won't be back...ever! They only get one star for being open.

Took a few rocks in to be looked at and identified, everything was great until I started asking questions. Tammy the lady who helped me was absolutely rude to me it was very poor service. Your website says you are never to busy to look and talk about rocks, apparently your to rude though. Probably won't be going back.
