I bought my Chevy Volt three years ago from Wilson and we are so glad we did. They have still continued to be amazing. Yesterday I had an appointment for a all over an alignment and some other work and they did not have a loaner at the time so when one was ready they came with it to my house and switched out cars!!

Made an appointment to get my AC blower fan replaced because it was starting to die. Talked to Jessica to set up the appointment and brought it in. They initially couldn't make the problem happen in the shop, and after talking with Scott to give them a better idea of what's going on they were able to find the problem. Thankfully the cost was below was I was expecting to pay as well. Working with dealerships is not always a pleasant experience, but the staff at Wilson made it painless.

Just don't even come here. I've been ignored since the purchase of my vehicle about a key they promised me. After leaving a review, they claimed to be concerned and told me to contact them about the issue. Well for one, I've been contacting them. Two, they have all my information to contact me if they were as concerned as they say. It's like they want me to leave a bad review because now I have a letter from the "owner" and it would seem like it was personalized but it definitely is not. If it were, Mr. Aaron Wilson would have addressed their poor attempt to solve my problem. I attached a picture of the post card they sent. They get a 0 for customer service and a zero for for being fraudulent.

Purchased a Cadillac Escalade from Wilson Cadillac early 2024 from stock and the transaction went smoothly, however, I ordered a new 2025 Escalade from Joey, a salesman there, and had a confirmed price upon ordering. When the car arrived Joey pulled a fast one and that the price would be about 5% higher and that I would also need to take $2,700 in dealer add-ons I didn't order and didn't want. I spoke with Chris the General Manager and he said he wouldn't be held to anything Joey agreed to, even in writing, and that he had buyers at the higher price and I could take it or leave it. This was a total bait and switch to use my name to order a car that they then could go and sell for more than they agreed to sell it to. me for. Buyer beware. They are shady and dishonest. I will never again purchase a vehicle from Wilson Cadillac or recommend them.

I bought a certified pre ownedXT4 from wilsons a few months back... i am 70 yrs old and have dealt with many dealerships in my day and Wilson's has by far been the best ever. sales staff was great, price was great and the service dept. is 2nd to none.. great place to do business

No Stars for me, was driving through stopped to see an escalade I'd be eyeing they had it here it was 5:45 they closed at 6. Had to go inside to ask questions no one could answer anything. Finally got some answers, car was available but unfortunately was told they close in 5 minutes and all the keys were locked up. Seriously!! I would have purchased that car. To top it off they didn't even ask for my info. why would a sales person not get someone's info that is interested in a car!! pretty woman moment "big mistake"

Made an appointment a week in advance as we knew we would be traveling through Stillwater. Dropped the truck off earlier than our appointment time in the morning our appointment was for 9:00AM. They never even looked at our vehicle. Said they most likely would not be able to get anything accomplished on day two. I was frustrated due to the fact I had an appointment to have my truck looked at. They told me that their appointments are only to meet with the service person. Nothing to do with when the work gets done. If they would have at least looked at our truck and given us an idea as to the time to fix it I would be fine. When traveling it is difficult to have your rig set on a dealership lot and have NOTHING done. Mind over matter. They don't mind because we didn't matter.

Never never never go to this service department for anything, especially if you are a woman. They lie about just about everything to do with your vehicle and the check engine light continues to come on every 2 weeks after being seen here. I called a different chevy dealership about an issue that Wilson said was going on with my vehicle, and the other dealership told me right away that they were completely and outrageously over-charging and lying about how that specific part worked. They even told me that there was no reason for it to be replaced. When I called the service desk to talk about this, they hung up on me when I asked for an update. I have never experienced this with any other car dealership.

We just bought a 2011 Cadillac SRX and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. We had David as our salesman and he seriously went above and beyond for us. They made sure to do a full inspection for us and fix a couple things we noticed. Our car came with DVD players in the seats, but we weren't sure how to operate them so he got a DVD for our daughters so that he could demonstrate it for us. He is seriously the BEST salesman we have ever met. We are so happy with our purchase.
