Wills Jack Patio & Fireplace Shoppe

We bought our fireplace logs here years ago and they're still perfect; radiating heat when we need it. Went recently to price patio furniture. Too pricey, but the quality is outstanding. Check 'em out

We have purchased several items on different occasions and they are always friendly, knowledgeable about the products. Our outdoor furniture looks amazing and is of the highest quality. We highly recommend them to friends and family and we will continue to buy from them in the future!

I went in and was not overwhelmed with the interest of the sales people. When the lady in the office got off the phone, she was very helpful and nice. She showed me what I had seen online. She couldn't break up her set, so I had to custom ordered color of the metal and fabric. It is supposed to take 4 weeks for custom chairs. The chairs were so comfy and have a 15 year warranty on the frame. Yes, they are very expensive, but I wanted something that would stand up to what I do the chairs and make my back feel better. They have a huge selection of furniture and stuff for outside. Outdoor heaters, fire pits. Before you even go, save up your money or be a trust fund baby. I hope I am happy with the product and service when my chairs arrive, if not, I will certainly change my review.

They have a shop in Tulsa and one in Rogers, AR. I have purchased several items from them in the past and have been pleased with the service and products. I am remodeling a place on the lake in Arkansas and simply wanted to select two fireplace inserts, pay for them here but have the contractor pick them up in Arkansas. They would not ship them to their other store for pickup. I then asked them to call the other store and order them there- I was told they didn't sell fireplace stuff in Arkansas. I later found that they didFor some reason they did not want to assist in any manner and I felt were blatantly dishonest with me.

Jack wills and Barron were exceptional and willing to go the extra mile for us. We ordered new logs and custom door couldn't be happier. Harry and I highly recommend jack wills for all your needs!

Bought gas logs from Jack Wills. The installer they recommended came to install them and said we had a gas leak and he couldn't install them but still charged me $135. I called a licensed plumber to repair the gas leak and after testing said we had no leak. I paid $95 for that. I then called the installer that Jack Wills had recommended back to inform him there was no leak and the said if he came back and his testing said we had a leak he would not install the logs. My plumber is installing the logs and said he is perfectly comfortable doing so. If you buy logs from J Wills do not use their installer!

I wish I would have never found this place, I'll spend too much money here!!!! They have high quality patio & outdoor kitchen everything. Little store with alot of awesome stuff!

We just got a new door for our fireplace and absolutely love it. They were open and honest about pricing and even came out to install days before Christmas so that we could get pictures done. I'd highly recommend them to anyone needing fireplaces or even outdoor furniture. I plan on going back whenever possible for outdoor furniture, gas grills, or even for new fire logs.

Omg, they are the worst customer service! Rude, disinterested, lazy. This is worth repeating....rude, disinterested, lazy. Beautiful stuff - huge prices, I'd rather buy online then give them any of my money.
