I remember visiting this business years back when they had a restaurant that was in cattle cars. Very cool setup but I guess that ship has sailed & now they have an all new location. Full blown butcher services and market are all in one location now. This is small town America and it looks to me like this is just what this area needs. Today was what I belIeve they call Pioneer Day so most of the town was out for the parade. I had my first calf fries & they were actually really good. They were selling Ribeye sandwiches as well and oh my it was legit.

My grandson has had several deer processed here. He has been very pleased with quality, price, service, and timeliness.I picked up a processed deer for him yesterday at their service window. They were quick to bring out my order. They checked off the inventory sheet and explained to me what each item was and the method of processing. Everything was plastic vacuum packed and very neat and tidy.It was a good experience. I hope to go back and shop their retail meat counter.
