WhiteWater Express Car Wash

Got in fast, got out faster since the system skipped rinsing my car! I heard a large buzzer sound the car stopped on the track. A few seconds later the track began with soap suds covering the windows. No rinse! The next apparatus blow dried the soap leaving dried soap streaks on the vehicle.Nobody came to the exit. I didn't have time to go back and explain the situation (hence the express). All this to say, I'm not impressed. There are a lot of carwash choices in town. The decision on which carwash facility to use has become a little easier after this experience.Oh, and another thing, I had to push "no thanks" three times to get through unnecessary upgrades. It just screams desperation.

Can't really speak to value, but I certainly enjoy taking the car through a few times a week with their monthly plan; for me it's worth the cost. Staff have been attentive and the hoses are clean (important at a car wash considering what is vacuumed out of vehicles).

This is my favorite drive-thru car wash in town. I really appreciate the mirror that assists in lining up your tire with the tracks. Any other place leaves you awkwardly guessing while the attendant points right and left as you try to line up with the track. The only downfall of this car wash is the drying portion of the line. My car is never fully dried, or even dried more than 65%. If I choose a wash that uses the giant roll drying brush at the end, it just seems to smear water all over my windshield. This is my go-to 90% of the time!

My car looks brand new even after the $6 express wash. Free vacuums and towels. Great facility. Would definitely recommend and will come back regularly.

My car is my mobile office and eating establishment. With my toddler in the back, I easily have a mess of crumbs, empty beverage containers and juice boxes littered through my car. Also it's black and show's dirt extremely well.Your typical drive through car wash place, maybe a bit pricier. However, they have a mat cleaning machine that is totally worth the extra $5. Also they have a very reasonable monthly unlimited plan.

This is my favorite Car Wash in Tulsa... I really love the mat cleaning station, unfortunately it hasn't been open for use my last 2 visits! I hope it's back up and running soon!

Extremely disappointed with this place, the Broken Arrow location, and Director of Marketing, Sabrina Corbin. On September 2nd, I was starting my day as I normally do. I had picked up breakfast and went to the car wash on 71st to clean up the car. Everything was going great until I reached the overhead dryer. It came down as normal, but then BANGED onto the front of my hood. It then lifted up on the driver side and banged and dragged down the passenger side. As a result, I have several scratches and two dents on my hood and fender. Chris, the manager, said to get an estimate and he would take care of it. Well, long story short, he didn't. Even after seeing my dash cam footage of the incident, they are claiming it was "pre-existing". So, the long and short of it is if your car gets damaged, DON'T EXPECT THEM TO FIX IT!!! They know it's too expensive to get a lawyer to sue them, so they're not worried about you doing anything after they deny your claim.

*BIG FAN* in my experience, Legends Express Car Wash go above and beyond to meet and exceed customer satisfaction. I signed up for the Endless Pass Program *super convenient* I pay $27 a month, small barcode sticker for my window and ba*da*bing bada*boom = unlimited car washes plus I don't wait in line! They're always smiling (love Cathleen) 100% loyal customer.

Awful customer service. Stopped by to see why I had a charge on my bank account after cancelling my membership months ago and the boy I spoke to today (10/19/23) was very rude and did not seem to want to help me.

Good pricing! Only con was when I pulled up the workers were talking and didn't guide me in so I hit the wheel guide. Other then that a worker help me find towels and guide me to the mat cleaner!
