WhiteWater Express Car Wash

Was a $40/mo member. It was great when it started and now the wash doesn't get the car clean, the mat cleaning machine has been out for months and at least 7-8 bays to vaccume are down and inoperable. What happened. It's close and used to be really good. Not anymore sadly. I asked for a second run through the wash and it still didn't get things clean. Mirrors and the front of the car still had bugs stuck on them after 2 full washes. Sorry WW, I miss you but today was my "second chance". It was a fail unfortunately.

Every time I get a great wash and customer service! Sometimes the vacuums are t the best, but I tend to clean the inside of my car at home anyway. Thank you for a great wash every time!

worst car wash in oklahoma! poor service even worst they rushed me waving me in impatiently without folding my side view mirror and it broke! Then they said it wasnt their problem and said take it to corporate not to mention manager never called me back about video! worst car wash team in oklahoma! they dont care about their clients!! they lied and said mirror was already broke! i never saw video!!!! nor did they call me to tell me of footage! mirror was not already broke!!! they will not pay you back its not their problem !

Drove through the automatic car wash on 71st and Aspen, and my entire new-to-me truck is scratched bad in like 20 places, has many large chips in the paint, and has thousands of tiny scratches in the paint... Filled out a damage claim, and am waiting on the police to get here to file a police report as I type this review. Very very upset my truck was just purchased and the paint looked amazing. One drive through the wash and it is entirely destroyed...They said their cameras will zoom in and see if their was damage before. But the camera is up in the air 10 ft above the vehicle when it drives into the wash. Many of these chips are not visible at that distance...Super stressed!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!! Had a monthly membership with them and their equipment damaged the sidewall of my $300 tire which had to be replace.. I kept the tire.. I took pictures.. I called and emailed corporate with pictures and they said "no way no how did this happen" basically called me a liar.. rude, unprofessional and will no longer be getting my business nor my other co-workers either .. they also have a membership.. but not after today!!!

Just got back from having the car washed at this establishment. The line looked super long when we pulled up, but the wait wasn't bad at all. You pull up to a menu to select your wash on a touch screen, you pay, and the gate lifts to let you into the next queue. You are instructed to stop in front of the car wash tunnel until the attendant can come to motion you into the wheel track. I like these types of car washes - you put the car in neutral and enjoy the ride. We watched as the attendant carefully looked over the car in front of us, before they went into the tunnel, and saw them tape down the car's back wiper. I like that, it shows they care about your car (or at least that they don't want to buy you a new wiper if the machine pulls it off). Speaking of the machine - it did a great job! Car came out super shiny and spotless, and we went with the $5 basic wash so imagine the results of the ultra premium $16 wash. We will definitely be back!

Wheels are still dirty, it Didn't even get the soap off my truck and when I asked for a towel they said "they're $4.00". For real? On top of the $15 I paid for the equivalent of a $5 carwash at the gas station? Never again, nope! Waste of time and money.- I would be happy if my truck and wheels came out clean AND all the soap rinsed off. Then $4 for a towel to wipe the soap and dirt off that was missed is ridiculous.

I guess this place changed names and owners not to long ago. So I cant comment on the upset people some time back since I have only been going there since it was known as whitewater.So, first, they have soap. Seems minor, but so many places don't have soap or they put out very little. This one does, and seems to also be nicer on my car; not as rough as some others. Doing the $18 top option gets me clean and shiny with wax. Tires are clean and shiny with the tire shine option.Towels are free, slightly damp. Some are more dry, so look in the tubs for what you need. Damp works well on the funky edges of the car that no car wash can get in to.Vacs suck well, and there is lots of bays. The hoses are long enough to be able to clean the back end of my SUV.They also have a free mat cleaner. You put your mat in, and it cleans it. Read the directions on how to put it in (I think its upside down if I remember correctly).Air hoses are available to blow out the bed of your truck.One thing I would suggest is they fix the low spot right at the exit of the tunnel. It is normally flooded and dirty after rain. They have cones to keep you out of the mud, so watch on exit.

Expensive automatic wash that requested tips for staff who almost forgot to spray the bug wash on my obviously buggy Toyota minivan windshield. Not very much soap for a total of $25.00 car wash. I feel bamboozled
