They canceled our event within two weeks of having it for NO reason. We had to scrabble to make other venue arrangements!These people are uncaring and heartless. I'm taking them to court!Do not use these people

Cool place and awesome venue for small events!Can't afford the big churches and event centers? Get it done here!I was very impressed how hard they worked to move our event/wedding inside after it started raining!

White House Mansion is a flexible venue with great value! I chose to host my book signing here and found the space to be perfect for my needs, as it offers a variety of rooms which offered excellent flexibility in choosing where to offer a buffet, where to seat guests, and where to sign the books!Julia was enthusiastic and very invested in making sure my event was a success. I think she went above and beyond and had genuine enthusiasm for the book signing. She saw how the historic nature of the house was a perfect match for the historical novel I was promoting, and working with her helped me envision exactly what the event should be.

I haven't been to the mansion however I rent from the owner and Do not rent from this man he physically assaulted me in front of my small children over $300 that I told him he had to come back for when my husband was home in 2 hours...

This place is where my dad got married. The smell is musky like potential mold. The place had a large number of ants crawling over anything that stays still for 5 seconds. There are not any real great spots for dressing. The lighting options are very poor. If I were the owner recessed lighting could easily be added to give me lighting. Rooms were dark.Floor in one room needs to be replaced. Thankfully the carpet hasn't broken through. We got there at 10 am and had to take out the trash because it was not from a previous party. The floors are ALL DIRTY. No toilet paper could be found. No paper towels. No soap in the restrooms. This place is seriously the location HUANTED MANSION should have been filmed. The outside steps are wood and need replaced. The grass is not well maintained and is full of weeds instead of lush full green grass. Another words this is not a good place for and happy bright day.

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS VENUE!!! Pictures posted do not show the accuracy of how venue looks today.Was a guest at a wedding at the White house mansion this month and walked in to an absolutely horrific and nasty venue. Ants were crawling all over the floors, on the tables and table cloths, walked into the commercial kitchen there was moldy mop water in a bucket, the sink had months worth of dishes and old food that was rotten sitting in the sink along with and bugs crawling out of the sink. Went to open the commercial refrigerators and 2 our of the 3 were beyond usable, the one was so full of old rotten food that when upon opening fridge the smell was so bad it made you start gagging and the other one had bugs, ants, crawling all over the bottom of the fridge. The ovens and stove tops had multiple kettles of rotten liquid/ food sitting on tops of them. Had ants crawling up and down the pillars in the reception area as well as bugs and roaches in bathrooms. Place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY. Lots of couples are being taken advantage of by a con artist.

Great venue.We had a wonderful time in a great setting. Food was great, service extremely friendly. Plenty of parking, and the surroundings are gorgeous. It's hard to believe that this is so close to Tulsa.

My family held a Christmas party/reunion at the White House Mansion on Dec 9th, 2018. Every detail was handled perfectly and we were thrilled with the way it turned out. Julia helped us make all the necessary arrangements including DJ, bartender, catered buffet lunch, photographer, photo booth, etc. The place looked beautiful decorated for Christmas and everyone had a great time. I would recommend this place and Julia to anyone for a variety of occasions.

We almost didn't have a wedding reception because both roads leading here were closed due to flooding! All of Tulsa got a lot of rain but was not flooded, this place is in A FLOOD ZONE! The owner does not disclose this and there is no refund, though very hard to rebook somewhere else last minute. No one wants to get a text at 2am the night before your daughter's morning wedding saying the roads are closed and we might have to go somewhere else for the reception! Thankful, the rain quit & held off for our reception. I would never book here again!

I had my wedding here and i couldnt have picked a better place! Friendly and caring staff that went above and beyond to meet all our needs! I would highly recommend!
