Such a sad site. I remember when this mall opened and it was full of shops and shoppers. Now it's a zombie mall. We only go there because it's the only movie theater in town. I don't know how they aren't in the red. The Dillards is horrible. Better luck at the Goodwill. Service and selection is nonexistent. I keep hearing it's under new management and it's going to improve but have seen no results.

This is actually a pretty decent mall for a town of Bartlesville's size. It's pretty outdated, but certainly pleasant enough. The anchors are Sears, JCP, and Dillard's. The JCP is just a big room and not a traditional anchor store. It feels like a DSW.Washington Park Mall is known around the world (or at least in the areas around northeast Oklahoma) as home to the Gap Outlet - which is pretty spiffy for such a small mall. The remainder of the mall's stores that I visited (American Eagle, Famous Footwear, etc.) look and feel like pretty much any other mall. (For whatever reason, many DID have really good sales the day I was there.)It has a tiny food court but has actual restaurants (Billy Sims' Barbecue, Buffalo Wild Wings) and a movie theater. If in Bartlesville, it's worth hitting up, but probably not worth the drive from out of town.

A very small mall with limited options. Yes, there is a movie theatre and the basic stores. Don't expect an Abercrombie & Fitch or other mainline stores, though. Not many food options, but there is a western wear store (Cavender's) there. That is probbly the high-point of this mall.

This is not a mall it's a empty relic of days past. Not many chain stores left just a couple ghetto stores. They can't keep good stores. 5yrs from now this place will be gone unless drastic change comes from upper Mgmnt

Cute mall, not bad at all for little B-ville. The Snack Station is the reason I wrote this review, the place does not know how to treat people or run a business at all. The cashier was this tatted up, burly "tough" guy who was giving me (a young girl) a fuss about tossing a jones ice slush, which I tried explaining to him tasted off. He didn't care at all about that, still charged me for it (my suggestion to get him to stop rolling his eyes and shaking his head at me), and even then CONTINUED to tell me I was in the wrong. I bought about 5 other drinks, and that thing had to have put the store out about, what, 25 cents? He goes on to tell me with some attitude that there are sample cups atop the machine. Well, they weren't in sight. I looked around for them, in fact. Anyhow, that just astonished me. Being in the service industry myself, I would NEVER speak to a customer in such a way he did to me. Not to mention he should have been more worried about what was wrong with his product.. People never cease to amaze and disgust me!

I really enjoy shopping at this mall. My favorite stores are Ruth's Christian Bookstore, Maurices, Bath & Body Works, Claire's, Rue21, and JCPenney. There seem to be good sales each time I go. I love Pretzel Maker's pretzels and getting a little bit of candy (it's pricey) from Candy Craze! The Snack Station is a new addition which contains all gas station snack foods. Other than Friday nights, this mall doesn't ever feel 'crowded'. Pleasant place.

I cannot understand why this mall doesn't acclimate it's empty shops & current stores to an Outlet type mall??? At least that would compete!
