Waldo's Chicken and Beer

I have been here several times and must say the service and employee experience have been much better the last year to year and a half. They are nice, friendly and ready to serve customers. The menu offers a variety dishes including sandwiches, tenders, wings, roasted chicken as well as fried. The latest time here I got the Loaded mac with fried chicken which is on the starters menu, but is more of a single dinner entree.The chicken was good and moist, but crunchy and mac was cheesy and not dry. I would have liked a little more flavor in the mac if it was up to me. The dining room is good sized with several 4 person tables/ booths available and a full bar area as well. I have seen several people get the banana pudding for dessert and it looks pretty good, I will have to try this next time.

The food was good. Nothing spectacular almost reminds you of skin chicken or canes chicken.

Oh my gash the French fries are so yummy I couldn't stop eating them to take a pic! I've had them twice in 2 days they are the string skinny style and full of flavor and cooked to perfection! Service was great as usual!

We stumbled across this place. Sundays is 1/2 price drinks all day, huge score for us. They have football playing. We got an Angel Mary and a plain Bloody Mary, their mix is house made and was delicious. It is rare to find a place locally that garnishes, the Angel came with olives, celery, bacon, and chicken wings. We ordered the loaded wedges and they did not disappoint. Definitely recommend this place, we will be back.

Wings are fantastic along with the loaded Mac and cheese. Service was great always prompt and correct. Looks nice fromThe outside and tucked in the tiger plaza in broken arrow. I would recommend this place.

Every so often I crave good crispy fried chicken. Today was one of those days. After reading reviews, we decided to give it a try, and I am so glad we did. We both ordered the quarter dark chicken meals. It comes with a super flavorful and crispy drumstick and thigh. Craving satiated. The meals come with 2 sides- I got potato wedges and macaroni and cheese. The wedges were seasoned well, and I liked them dipped in ranch. The macaroni and cheese was excellent. My husband got the white beans and fries, and I took a bite of each. The beans come with onions on them, and they were good. The fries were pretty standard. They serve a little cheesy corn muffin with the meals as well. That was a happy little surprise of goodness. Service was fast and friendly. You walk up to order at a counter, and they bring it to the table. They have a full service bar and 1/2 price beer and drinks for happy hour on weekdays. The tables and chairs were all very clean. We will come back for sure.

I love fried chicken so it's not a surprise I love Waldo's as well. Minus a few perks, otherwise it's great. Service is excellent. I walked in and immediately was greeted and got help right away. The place is quite well staffed. The chicken is delicious but I am more impressed by their Mac and cheese side. It's really good and has a homemade taste.I wish the sauce would have more of a kick to them. None are spicy. The hottest sauce they have is habanero oil which is not listed on the menu. I mixed that with their other sauce to make give it a kick. Even then, I didn't really feel it coming out the other end, meaning it's not spicy enough. The tenders are small. I feel like I am eating a kid's meal or on a diet.

This place is good but greasy. If you are going here I wouldn't expect to have a healthy meal. They have good chicken strips. The French fries were good. My husband had the chicken & waffles and it was okay. The service was fast. You walk in and order at the counter, then wait at your table for someone to bring you the food. Ambience is cute. There are fun pictures on the walls. I am sure we will give them another try.

Service was great and food tasted ok but both chicken tenders and fries were very limp and soggy. Staff was friendly and place was clean.

Waldo's chicken and beer was a wonderful experience across the board from food to service. Our bartender was the sweetest and took care of us quickly and the food was amazing and warm. Her recommendations were spot on. Her beer recommendation was exactly what i was looking for!The shining star of this restaurant is definitely the sauces (comeback sauce and tender sauce was out of this world) Would recommend the cheddar biscuits to everyone who makes their way to Waldo's. 8.3 out of 10 one of the best fried chicken places you can go to in Tulsa!!!
