Vintage Vault

My issue is with the way special needs people are treated. As I read some feedback below.

My daughter is in a wheelchair. On June the 9th she and I along with a few other family members went in to the Vintage Vault. It was about 3 or 4:00. The owner said to my daughter "Hey, you can't come in here rolling around". We were shocked. I told him that's illegal. He couldn't deny my daughter. He said" This is my store and I have expensive things in here." We had to leave. What he did is against local, state and federal laws. My daughter has never been kicked out of a place of business.

We walked in and saw a lot of really nice MCM items but felt a little "followed" as every time we looked up, the same man was no less than 7 or 8 feet away and watching us (assuming an employee as he didn't really say anything). The prices? Just too expensive!

Cool stuff. Maybe a little high priced, but the stuff is pretty amazing. It made me want to redecorate the entire house.Have to agree with Miranda L., however. Customer service was non-existent. :(

I ran in here real quick as I left the TU bookstore just to see what the store had... This store was very vintage but seemed bare... They had all sorts of unique vintage finds from chairs to decorative accessories to bags to even vintage baby clothes hanging up.. when I was in there they had people that what looked like doing embroidery there were 2 different stations set up with vendors... The prices were also a bit on the pricey side I thought...

Into crazy cool ash trays and bronze owls? Or mid century modern furniture? Vinyl? Ugly Christmas sweaters?Then this place is where you should be hanging out.We purchased 2 chairs, an end table, and a lovely cat statue on Black Friday. We had been in before a few times trying to decide what we couldn't live without, thus the cat statue.The owners are super nice and helpful and the vintage furniture selection is amazing and high quality.

Great selections of art deco furniture for your home! Since they are hard to find, expect premium prices, especially for designer pieces.

I am reviewing Vintage Vault not as a buyer but as a seller. My parents purchased a two level credenza when we lived in Europe in the 1960s. It was loved by my mother and became a family treasure. It came with us when we returned to Oklahoma and held a special place in our home ever since. When my mother passed away in 2011, I had to put it into storage and there it sat for the past twelve years. I knew my mother would not be happy with her treasure shut away in storage. I desperately wanted another family to love and care for this important part of my family's life.Thank goodness for Scott Nichols and Vintage Vault. I contacted him and sent photos of the credenza then made arrangements to meet when I was able to return to Tulsa from overseas. Scott came out to the storage unit and informed me that my asking price too low. He even informed me that I could get even more for it if I tried different avenues. When I heard Scott's honesty, I knew I had chosen the right person to intrust with my family treasure. I accepted his fair terms and was happy that I had found a person who would bring the beauty back to the credenza and find a new family to treasure it as my family had done for sixty plus years.Now, when I think of Vintage Vault and Scott Nichols the one word that comes to mind is honesty. I am so glad that I was able to do business with him.

Called and emailed; checked website. Seems like an appointment was needed, but no way to make one. Agree with reviews.
