The people who own this store/business are "good folks". If any of my friends are headed for the Broken Arrow/Tulsa area, I will definitely suggest that they stop by this store.Keep up the good work!

There is no place like the Vintage Phoenix. I actually live in another state now (Kansas City) and I have yet to find another store like it!! Always new products. The owners are absolutely passionate about what they do and are ALWAYS willing to help! If you are looking for something specific, they will go out of their way to find it or something similar! If you're looking for unique furniture / that special piece for that room, you've hit the jackpot! I highly recommend grabbing the piece you've been eyeing quick because inventory goes quick & it's likely they won't have that piece again!! There is also a huge variety of wall signs, jewelry, vintage, antiques, clothes, Knick knacks, Christmas gifts for that person who has it all. You won't be disappointed when stopping in!Highly recommend!!

I messaged this company about a chest of drawers on March 10. They responded on April 25th. Lacking in response and customer service.

There are so many cool things here! I love to treasure hunt.. and you just never know what you will find! I recently found a chest of drawers that I absolutely love and put in my room. There is tons of hand-painted stuff in there and all super crafty/trendy/bohemian. Some of the profits go to charity too which makes me super happy. I love supporting a good cause while shopping! If you're looking for a new item for your house that isn't "cookie cutter" or just something else that everyone else has, check this place out!!! There are multiple vendors so there is something for everyone.

Kinda pricey. Bought a really cool looking refurbished dresser their for $100 and the drawers were falling apart once I got home. I guess make sure to check your items over and over. Lol the store is still pretty cool though.

I can always find a treasure at the Vintage Phoenix! You have to watch when they are ringing up your items because the way the system is set up the individual booth owners set the prices and discounts so if something is on sale it is possible that they won't realize it and you just have to mention it at check out. Over all, I love going in there for gifts or to find a treat for myself. I appreciate the positive, peaceful atmosphere and I love supporting locally owned, Christian businesses.

I have tried to like this store, but EVERY time I go in the customer service is just horrible. I tried to speak with the owner about it, but she refused to return my call. I have also noticed how dirty the store is now. Not a good experience.

Great place to shop for unique NEW boutique items ... home decor, clothing and floral! Also a selection of nice antique and craft items around the store. Definitely worth your time!

Horrible experience at this location. Kind of a bait and switch tactic on their customers. Spent quite a bit of money here and upon reviewing the receipt later that day, we noticed that some of the items clearly marked for sale during her shopping experience were not rung up that way. We called and were told that the sale had not started yet. We explained that there was a sign displayed otherwise how would we have known that the merchandise was on sale. Essentially they told us on the phone that they had reviewed the video and that the sale sign was not posted until 1 PM and since our receipt was for 11:47 AM that we are out of luck. We asked to simply return the merchandise and we were then told all sales are final. Please be careful when shopping here and make sure that you are getting the display price when you pay for merchandise before you leave as they will not honor it once you do. Logically how would my wife know that an item was "going to be on sale" for 30% off unless the sign was already posted.
