Video Revolution

I took a TV which had burned out and asked for a repair.They were very courteous, and gave me an estimate. When the equipment could not be repaired I was not charged, so I think they are honest and good.So I encourage people to go there.

Took my Nakamichi tape player in to get it repaired, and these guys were get it in perfect working order pretty quickly, considering all the parts had to be ordered from the factory in Japan. The staff is pleasant and professional. I would trust them for any sort of stereo repair.

This store transcribed a CD for me from a very old tape recording and brought it up to date beautifully. I did not buy anything big from them but the help they gave me is immeasurable, the kindness and efficiency of the store employees or owners was great and copies of my CD were excellent. It was a great service for me. I do not mind paying extra to get good service which is so hard to get these days. Thank you Video Revolution. Next time I need a new TV I know that this is where I will go to find it.

I have bought equipment and had speaker installation done by Video Revolution a few years ago. They did a good job at a good price. I went back a month or so ago to check on relocating the Klipsch in-ceiling speakers, and felt like I was bothering the "salesman" by asking him questions. He was rude, had no interest in my questions, offered no suggestions and I won't be going back.

Just called to inquire if they install Roku/Apple tv & bracket/tv that we already own. The man proceeded to tell me they prefer to install their own equipment so I asked what they have & price/how far out jobs were. He couldn't handle multiple questions apparently & was quick to tell me so in a rude way. Calling Best Buy FYI-quickest way to lose business; be rude to potential customer.

Video Revolution was very courteous and professional helping me with problems with my surround sound. This is from the person taking the call to Craig the technician that came to my home to fix it..... After Craig left when I tried to use it there was an issue with getting speakers to work. I called Video Revolution and within 30 mins Craig was back. The problem was ME not with the system. They did not charge me any extra..I highly recommend Video Revolution and will use them again if needed....

If you are looking for low service at a high price this is the place for you. Sold me an "on sale" Yamaha receiver that was actually at the list price of Best Buy and Amazon. After telling me they could work with the multi zone installation at my home they then said they were not capable and did not know where I could get such an idea. Then they said they would get someone out to complete the installation and after three days of no contact, I told them not to bother and to never use me as a reference. They did get one star because of Tony their installer who was very professional and sympathetic with my problem.David Cleveland

This place sucks!!! Called 11.1.19 to have stereo components installed on 11.6.19. Due to unforseen problems, the carpet wasn't going to be installed until 11.7.19. Called Video Revolution immediately on 11.4.19, to reschedule the appt. Told they are working several two (2) day jobs and the earliest would be 11.15.19 @ noon. If an opening, they would call. Called them on 11.13.19 to confirm appt. on 11.15. No IDEA what I was talking about. Didn't have any appt. scheduled. How freak'n professional. Called someone else and they were able to do it on Thursday the 14th very professionally and for a lot less expensive than Video Revolution. If you know what's good for you, STAY AWAY FROM VIDEO REVOLUTION.GOODBYE VIDEO REVOLUTION
