Vast buffet lunch is the way to go, one of the best meals with an amazing view of Oklahoma City! The service is always good, from the hostesses to the servers. For the buffet, their carving station and dessert bar are my two favorites. We've also hosted events here (for Society of Petroleum Engineers) and their team does an outstanding job. Very accommodating and helpful.

Come for the views and leave because of the food? Yes, the views are cool but the restaurant faces south so don't come expecting skyline views. The lunch buffet left a LOT to be desired. It started with our waiter saying, normally our chefs kind of have a theme for each week but this week it's just food. Ummm, great?Out of the meat options, only the roast beef was edible. The garlic Parmesan salmon was so dry it was almost impossible to swallow (all three portions that were tried resulted in the same overcooked dry fish). The smoked balsamic pork tenderloin and herbed grilled chicken breast were all dry too. The sides were lackluster. Spicy Cajun coleslaw (someone tell me how this even "goes" with any of the meat options) was soggy and over spiced with Tony's. Mixed vegetables were something you would get at Golden Corral. Mustard & herb potatoes were decent but boring. The only saving grace in this entire lunch were the dessert options but that does not equate to paying $27.50/person (plus your drinks because those aren't included in the buffet price!!). Service was also lacking. This is a fine dining experience supposedly so I shouldn't have to flag our waiter down to ask for refills of the over priced tea...but I did. It's also pretty obvious my toddler is under the age of three but he still tried charging me full child's price for her (I had to ask him to remove the charge). I definitely wouldn't recommend Vast to anyone unless they're coming for the views.

So, I'm single and traveling. I wanted to enjoy a nice evening out and have some great food. When I went to make a reservation for one.... no options. But a table for two yielded results..... interesting. When it comes to finding parking, the address linked to Google puts you in the back where you can't park. So I ended up driving around until I found the valet booth in the front, which honestly should be complimentary. When I made my way up to the hostess stand, I asked if they had a table available for one. The attitude and disgust I was met with, like they had never seen a single person before, was so off-putting. Meanwhile, half the restaurant is empty. So they show me to the bar. It was loud and not the ambiance I was hoping for. Nothing better than being in a super tall building overlooking the city and staring at bottles of liquor.Appetizer: grilled octupus- It was slightly chewy, but the pea puree and beurre blanc sauce made it very flavorful and luxurious.Main: lamb chops- It took quite a while for it to come out. The chops were super tender, once you got around the gristle, and the sauce was great, but not enough to cover up unseasoned meat. The veggies were a flavorful addition, and the house potato was definitely an experience.Overall, I was not very impressed.

I actually got engaged here in a private room, so vast holds a special place in my heart. We came here for our anniversary this year and it was so wonderful. From walking up to the elevator of the restaurant to leaving your experience is elevated. The staff is wonderful and professional. The food is thoughtful and delicious.

I came here for my birthday 4 years ago and it was good. But this year, they had a whole new menu. It was delicious. Very tasteful, high quality food. The salmon was cooked perfectly and the appetizer and dessert were amazing. The service is top tier and the view is (obviously) beautiful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion.

I rarely find a spot and give it 5 ! It's hard to have everything go right when you want to be impressed. It's my bday and I literally eat my way through Oklahoma. I accept all brunch, lunch and dinner dates! The Vast was easy to find just the parking situation downtown is a thing. I didn't see anyone out for the valet so there's that but I still saw fit to give them five stars. Why????? Well, it's the food of course and boy was it delicious I had salmon, chicken, steak, potatoes, glazed carrots, cream brûlée, mango cheesecake and yup salad. The wine was okay for $14 small pour but again the star of the show was the food, company I keep (loved ones and friends), the service and the view! The vibe was stellar! I'll go back can't wait to see what's on the menu next month!

Food was pretty good I'd give it a solid 8 out of 10, they actually had a good amount of food with the surf and turf special, me and my GF couldn't finish it, the service was great, there was limited amount of noise, there was music playing but it was very light, an the view was amazing, the experience was a 10 out of 10, but it did come with a 300$ check not count the tip, not to bad but get read to pay around this price for a meal for 2 people with a dessert

They say that the best things in life come with a view Vast is no exception! This New American fine dining & cocktail restaurant is located on the 49th floor of the Devon Tower and provides crazy good skyline views. The food was just as good as the panoramic view and everything came out perfectly. You know how you receive complimentary bread? I told them I was gluten free and they baked a fresh batch and brought it out still warm from the oven. The service could have been improved. We got there at the beginning of dinner and it took 27 minutes for us to receive our drinks after placing the order. The entree took a while as well.Overall, I've definitely saved this spot as a must visit anytime I'm in Oklahoma City!

Let me just tell you, the VIEW is the absolute best part of this whole experience. The service was great. The food was mid for the price we paid, nothing spectacular other than the free bread and sorbet we got. We ordered the whipped bone marrow, which I don't know how I felt about it. The entrees were not bad. But the dessert my friends & I got were absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommend for at least the view & the desserts.

We were in Oklahoma City for the Thanksgiving holiday. Since we flew in, we weren't in a position to cook our own meal, so we did a quick scout of what restaurants were offering a Thanksgiving meal. We've never been to Oklahoma City before, so just based on the website and other online reviews, we chose Vast as where we would eat our Thanksgiving dinner. We chose a lunchtime seating and only had to wait about 15 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. It was worth the wait, as we got a window seat. It was a beautiful sunny day, so we were able to seefor miles. Patrons that had seats ln the interior of the restaurant did not have nearly the view, as the shades were pulled down pretty far to prevent sun in people's eyes. So we were blessed with our seat location. The buffet line itself requires going through the whole restaurant, down long hallway and into a far room to get to the food. But it was worth the walk! One long buffet table had a green salad with toppings, a Caesar salad, shrimp cocktail, crudités, and more. The hot main course line included stuffing, yams, green bean casserole, lobster mac & cheese, prime rib, and turkey. The prime rib was amazing, and they have a delicious horseradish sauce to go with it. I especially enjoyed the lobster mac & cheese, and my boyfriend, who generally doesn't go for that type of side dish, really enjoyed it as well. For dessert, you are led to a completely different room, where they had a table with three or four different types of cookies (sugar, chocolate chip, M&M, and more) and another table with small desserts, such as pecan pie bites, pumpkin pie bites, a dark chocolate mousse type dessert, and a strawberry shooter with delicious Chantilly cream. Everything was all you can eat, and was just delicious. The waitstaff was attentive but not annoying, and overall it was just a classy, delicious, Thanksgiving meal that we will certainly remember. It's nice that they have a dedicated elevator that takes you straight to the top of the building where the restaurant is located. In addition, in the lobby, they had a Photo Booth set up that allowed you to take four photos that are later emailed to you. What a great day! Highly recommend!!
