Amazing, Mike came as an emergency, fixed the issue until we can get the ins to cover the new roof in a week, came the next day to check on it a d calls daily. Just amazing service and friendly.

Contacted 3 roofing contractors for inspection and evaluation for potential damage for insurance claim. Two contractors came out and provided detailed reports, photos and necessary documents. Van De Steeg came out a couple of days earlier unannounced and did a walk around and left a card. I called the account executive that came out. When I told him who I was he stated he just about to call me. He advised of the damage he located and recommended I file a claim. I informed him I had two other contractors come out and they were able to find damage in my attic. I wanted to offer him the same opportunity to do the same when he cut me off and said he didn't want to waste his time bidding for a job. He said he had plenty of customers to keep him busy. I informed him as a consumer it is my duty to get estimates from multiple businesses prior to making a decision on who to use. He stated he wasn't going to waste his time because he was busy with other customers. I told him, no need to worry, Van De Steeg has been removed from the list. Consumers beware! Do your research and don't allow these companies into strong arming you into a quick decision. I they conduct business like this upfront, I can only imagine what happens if something goes wrong later on.
