There's one lady who works there that is very rude. Always has a chip on her shoulder. You can always hear and see the tension between her and other employees bc she's just awful. Well one day I was in there and she got sideways w me but she didn't expect me to clap back. I wish I could explain what happened but it's stupid. How do you work for someone and you don't know your bosses contact info? All I know is this lady is off on Wednesdays which is when I go now. Idk how she's still employed, maybe she's the relative of the owner I've seen mentioned in the reviews. There's an older white haired lady that can be rude too. I how many years do customers need to leave reviews saying you have rude employees before you start to notice?

Absolutely the best place to shop! The employees always go above and beyond for me! They always have the best selection from clothes, home goods, movies and baby items.

I've been selling clothes here for awhile now. I always feel like they rip you off on what they buy though. I only continue to go there because I need the clothes out of my way and would just donate them anyway. I get that they have to make money, but I've seen the price they list things for and it's well over what they give you. It wouldn't hurt for them to pay a bit more to their customers.

My daughter and I absolutely love this store. I introduced it to my son and daughter in law and they love it too. Staff occasionally are a little short, but its because they are so overwhelmed. Most of the time they are really friendly. I myself can be a little short too. Hope you all stay around for many more years.

Not only do they have a great selection of quality clothes, the entire staff is fantastic!! I love how organized the store is. I especially love that the clothes are sorted by color!!

I am always suspicious of a business that can't or won't answer the phone and asked to leave a message and then doesn't return the call.

Brought in 3 bags of nice clothes (men's, women's and children's) name brands: Polo, lots of Nike, Gym shark, Children's place, Old navy + a lot of items that had tags still on, never worn, brand new & they took about 10-12 items and offered me $10. That stuff alone cost over $100. I brought my items in at 11am and they said "okay we'll call you when they're ready to be picked up" & i said okay and left the store. I had to call them at 4:45pm and ask if my clothes were done yet? & they said yes so i head to go pick them up & the girl was like "yeah haha i forgot to call you". Get better employees. The f*ck am i gonna do with $10. Don't go here to sell clothes you'll have better luck literally anywhere else.

Polite staff. Good selection and fair prices. I've consigned here for years and it's always been worth it for me.

if i could give zero stars i would. I was given a small basket when i came in. at the conclusion of my shopping i was having trouble keeping all the items in the small basket. the older lady at the front came up to me and said "isnt this extreme?! what is going on here?!" i said my daughter just had a baby, and I found alot of useful things. She said oh, well you're weird. Do you want me to take some of that to the front?! im a brand new first tome grandma whose grandbaby was born days ago. And of course being spoken to like this as if Im not normal made me upset, her words and horrible tone made me cry. Why would you speak to a customer that way?! I ended up not purchasing the several items i did have and only purchased a few, but I am so disappointed that a woman older than I am would talk so hateful towards me for wanting to purchase from her establishment. I will definitely never be back, and will be contacting the owner/ manager of the store very soon.

Been using this place for resale for years Never had a problem until today I have a item and want it back I understand it's going to take a bit to find it I had requested it back several weeks ago Spoke to Ellen Super nice! Well today I spoke to a Mercedes RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I was told "I don't know anything about this item then was told she told the owners " She told me " I don't know what you want me to do " Said I can keep calling until I can catch the owners Come to find out she is the owners child So unprofessional !! Finally she let Ellen speak to me after I said I was going to help this business Ellen was very helpful and apologized for the previous girls behavior They are usually very nice but I don't think I'll be going back if this is how they will allow their daughter to treat people All she had to do was take a name and number It's THAT simple
