Umberto's

We have been coming to Umberto's since he opened and it's still the best New York style pizza in Tulsa. Moses puts all of his love and attention into his food and it never disappoints. Every pizza joint in the world will have its off day due to different employees, but this place is consistently delicious. The garlic knots are still the best I've ever had and the pizza crust is flaky and tender, and the pepperoni is amazing! Be sure to visit him soon!

I walked in at 821pm to an older gentleman with attitude. He acted as if I was bothering him. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to walk out but I placed my order and waited patiently. The food looks good but customer service is big to me. I am being kind giving 3/5 stars.

We like Umberto's pizza, but today I did a carry out order and when I walked in to Umberto's the temperature inside must've been 90° plus. Just imagine walking into a pizza shop with pizza ovens blasting away and no AC. Yep it was hot. The other problem was when I called and placed the order I was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. So here I am sitting in this steam bath 15 minutes longer than that. Once I got the pizza and opened it, it was missing one of the ingredients that I had requested. I love the pizza but on this visit I'm sorry I've got to give it two stars for the intolerably hot interior of the restaurant, the delay in having my pizza ready on time . Glad I got a carry out rather than having to sit inside this oven to eat my pizza. But as I said, the pizza is great.

Greatest little pizza shop, maybe in town. Crust is great, toppings are great, it's a dive, but atmosphere is just what it should be.

Popped in today right when they opened and ordered a meat slice. Arrived at my table piled high with toppings. Not overly saucy, which is great because I tend to order my pizzas with "light sauce". Crust had a nice crunch to it. It wasn't burned at all as many reviews report. Overall, I'd eat it again.

Food quality has taken a bit of a dive. Often get over cooked calzone but still a good, solid NY style pizza. I'll keep going back for sure.

They post menus with prices that are 15% less, them charge a service fee on top of their already misrepresented price. They pointed right at the menu after I caught it and they told me those prices were out of date. I advised they should take them down since they are not correct. They turned around and walked off so they could do it to the next customer.it was taped to the podium and could have been updated with a pen and paper.Medium Supreme price from the menu was $12.75, and $15.00. Actual price was $19.97 with adders.They should honor the posted menu when they acknowledge an error. the prices were an additional 18.5% being added. I don't mind paying for it if they were upfront. Food is good, customer focus sucks. Glad I was not at the gas station using this approach!

I used to LOVE Umberto's. I'd find any reason to swing order from them, but lately I've been disappointed. The most annoying thing is that they are always wrong about how long an order will take to make. The order is never ready when they say it will be. Oh, and they refuse to get a second phone line, so it's almost impossible to get through to place an order.

The pie reminds of ny. It's always been made the right way and cooked properly so that's enough for me on that, but it is difficult to get through on the phone.

Always my favorite pizza in Tulsa. I love the pizza and feeling like I'm in a New York Deli.
