Horrible customer service. Requested we clean the carpets during move out (without inspecting to see if it is beyond normal wear and tear), but it's not the renters responsibility to clean the carpets in the state of oklahoma. Predatory leasing agreements: carpet cleaning responsibility. Customer service is horrible, will only speak to you through the portal and is constantly redirecting back to the portal. When our heat went out last winter we sat in 40 temperatures inside, and they instead charged us for the service call because they stated they couldn't find anything wrong. Okay but why is the house 40 then?? Was then blamed for having a dirty air filter despite changing it that week (and losing heat after it was changed too).Do not recommend!!!! Wish they'd have some compassion, but I guess I'll just have to submit a complaint in the portal

My family and I have been tenants of Two Doors Realty since the spring/summer of 2020 in an older 4-bedroom house in the Capitol View area of 73105. In all our years of renting both in Las Vegas and Oklahoma City, Two Doors is hands down our most positive and pleasant experience. The home we lease is an older home and as is to be expected with older homes, it came with some problems that needed repaired/replaced shortly after we signed our lease. Some were major and some minor, but all were handled SO quickly and efficiently and with the utmost respect to our family and belongings. When we first moved in, the AC unit was completely non-functional with the entire unit needing to be replaced. They were so easy to work with to get a large portion of our rent that month credited back to us for the few weeks where we were completely unable to live in our home and for the time we were in the home with no AC, they immediately came out and provided window units for us. We had a new baby in tow with us during the AC fiasco so the efficiency with which they handled that situation was so very appreciated. They could have done the bare minimum, but instead they went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of. This type of experience has been par for the course whenever we run into anything that needs fixed or worked on in the home. Two Doors has always responded to our requests on the same business day and if a weekend request is placed, we receive a response first thing Monday morning. I'm not sure if this is the case for all homes under Two Doors, but for us they send out a home repair company called 'Stallion Home Repair' owned by a gentleman named Don who I swear I could and would write an entirely separate 5-star review on if I could locate a business page for them. For plumbing they always send us Epic Plumbing who are equally as wonderful to work with. Both are trustworthy and reliable and the fact that they contract with local companies who are so caring and professional speaks volumes to us and is worth every penny we pay in rent (which has also remained fair and affordable throughout our tenancy). The Two Doors app is seamless and easy to navigate and allows us to pay rent using either a checking or savings account for no extra fee or a debit/credit card for a small fee. The app also allows us to create and edit maintenance and general requests and have all subsequent communication done with Two Doors right there on the app in dang near real time. Our family has been able to grow in a home we adore with a property management company we can trust. Until we walk through the season of life where we own a home and are no longer renters, we will be happy tenants with Two Doors!

If I could give two doors reality zero stars I would. If you are an investor looking for a management company to represent you, I'd look somewhere else. We toured a home back in February of 2022 and decided to apply for it. After we applied and were approved, we were told we had 3 days to sign the lease or we forfeit the home, even though our move in date wasn't until March. When it was time to pick up our keys, they were still in the same lock box that they were in when we toured the home, and it was obvious no one has been in the home to clean or do a make ready before we moved in. The dishwasher wasn't working & we kept having issues with the disposal not working. When I emailed asking to have a phone call with someone in the office I was told "they didn't see a need for a phone call, we signed a lease stating the home was in good standing." Which is true, however we were required to sign that before moving in or we would lose out on the house. Fast forward a few months later, I woke up in the middle of the night to our bedroom floor SOAKED with water. A pipe under the master bathroom sink wasn't installed properly and the screw came out, flooding half of our house. This happened around 4 am, and it wasn't until around 3PM that a company was out to extract the water from the bedrooms. The plumber had come earlier that morning and told us this definitely wasn't something we caused; it was the fault of the prior installer. Still no phone call from two doors reality to find out about the damage or what happened so we requested to speak to someone and again were told they didn't see a need for a phone call & that the water leak was under investigation that its highly unlikely the pipe burst on its own, even though their vendor told us that's what happened. Two doors reality later went in and changed that statement on the portal. The few months after the flood our kids kept getting sick, we had them tested for all the sicknesses that were going around and everything came back negative, so we asked for a mold test. They sent someone out to look under the baseboards, but no official test was done & we were charged $60 for this. The vendor did show us a filter we were unaware of in the hall, and it looked like it hadn't been changed in years. So, either they expected us to move in and clean the filth of the previous owners or they just don't care. Along with this we found dead rats under the fireplace in traps that we didn't put out. Because our kids were constantly sick and the poor customer service, we were receiving we decided to break our lease & buy a house (even with outrageously high interest rates this was better than renting with two doors reality).

I should have read everyone's review before renting with this company! I am a current tenet and moved in with a moldy, spider eggs and DIRTY house! I have pictures for proof, when we moved in the company said everything would be clean and good to go and it wasn't! You can't ever get anyone on the phone! They only care about money and getting leases signed! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! We had to go without a trash can for A WEEK because it was full of beer at move in! They even left a pile of cables and trash in our backyard! See pics! We emailed back and forth with them and the manager finally emailed us back and was so rude and said all this was "minor cleaning". What a JOKE of a rental company!! Please stay away! The hot water is also broken and absolutely disgusting as well!See all pictures below before renting with them!

I have had nothing but problems since Two Doors Realty acquired my prior property management company. Jon threatened to put a lien on my property after he charged me for repairs that were not authorized and lawn maintenance that was never completed. After my property was vacant for months without any real effort to fill it, I acquired a new property manager. Upon inspection of my property, there was a notice from the city on the door stating a fine would be assessed for lack of lawn maintenance although I was charged 5 times for this service. They also failed to inform me of massive stains on the carpet. After I advised them on my disputes, they stopped responding to my attempts to settle the issue and even threatened to put a lien on my property. Honestly, there are far better places to rent/list your property with. This company is stubborn, unreasonable and brazen. Highly would discourage anyone from getting into any sort of business arrangement with them.

They're probably great for homeowners, but not for tenants. We left the house professionally cleaned, and they dinged us $350 for "professional cleaning" saying the house was left dirty, though the house was never dirty, even while we were living in it. Always had it professionally cleaned, and even used someone they used for cleaning. Then when we moved in there was a bunch of stuff left in the shed and garage from previous tenants, which we respectfully just placed out of the way and left alone. When we moved out, Two Doors also dinged us for "hauling off" the stuff that wasn't even ours, which we left just as we had found it upon our own move-in. They are terrible at responding, and it's now been 6 weeks since move-out and we still don't have resolution on the deposit return. Pretty ridiculous, they keep putting us off saying "we're reviewing." But property management is their entire business, our home has already been re-rented to someone new, and we still can't get them to respond to our deposit disputes. Two Doors Realty is definitely NOT an advocate for the tenants in any way.

Thief's.... That's basically it. They were excited to show the house, once there to meet us the gentleman had a totally different attitude. Told use to go through the application process, which we did. After the application process wanted to see bank statements, we provided our business bank statements which average $30,000/month deposits and one of our personal statements which show an additional $15,000/month deposits. He come back with a "it looks fishy" line and asked for 17' gross tax return filing. Not only provided with $111,000 17' return but added a $141,000 16' tax return on our personal taxes... He went on to say that was to low as well. I called him personally and asked what more he needed, he told us that he needed to decline. Nothing, not only can we afford to purchase this home at whatever amount the sales price would be, but at a measly $2100/month in rent we could absolutely afford this. I explained to him we only needed to lease for the next year because we were moving to Florida and purchasing a home there in the next year or more. We were immediately declined. Meanwhile we are approved through multiple other leasing agencies for near amounts double this particular home. I honestly feel that he was using this property to hit on my fiancé and once he realized he wasn't dealing with a single lady, he shot us down to no avail. This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. The leading agents name is Jon and can be reached at 4056946007.Total scam lease company.. beware Zillow and trulia. Sorry for this posting, I feel like it's above and beyond, but definitely warranted. I can and will provide proof of screen shots of text and emails transpired between Jon and my fiancé where he went from nice guy to unprofessional guy. Beware!!!!!
