I highly recommend twenty twenty eye care. All the staff and Dr Beasley is amazing and very kind. We had the privilege to have Jamie help us out with our glasses needs. She is a delightful lady, very sweet, helpful and definitely knows her stuff. She helped me by explaining me how bifocals transitions work since That is the route I have to go. Good customer service. We got our eye exam appointment scheduled for the next day. There wasn't any mention that the retinal photos cost an extra $49. Not sure if the retinal photos are optional or required for first visit or every year. Wish there is a bigger selection of glasses. I had to put down a $50 deposit for them to bring in a few more pairs of glasses to look at. The deposit will go towards the price of the glasses.

Great place and people are well mature. But some employees look at you like if you robbed their glasses. I came here with my sister for her eye appointment and I had somewhere to go and the lady gave me a dirty look. Very unprofessional and to judge someone on whatever shouldn't work in a great building like this. Shame on her

Dr. Morgans and Dr. Bigheart are both extremely professional and caring. They don't just push you through the system, they stop and ask questions and get to know you as a patient. They are thorough and explain everything they are doing. My family and I love this office and highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business. As a side benefit, they have a great selection of eyewear, better than most eye Drs.

I found this place on a website listing for my insurance. They were super friendly when I made my appointment and had all the paperwork ready for me to fill out on the ipad when I got there. It only took about 30 mins for everything and the girls who are doing the glasses fitting really know their stuff. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their eyes checked and wants to do it in a short amount of time! Great service! Thanks ladies :)

I really liked the doctor, staff, and facility. Everything is new, stylish, and state-of-the-art. My biggest complaint is the price. I believe I paid something around $120 for an annual eye exam and then when I went to check out they charged me an extra $50 or so for a "contact lens fitting." No one told me about this extra charge beforehand, and as far as I could tell, I didn't undergo any special testing or "fitting" for new contacts.In fact, I have been wearing contact lenses for years, and the doctor had just reaffirmed the same RX and same base curve as I was previously prescribed...I really wish I had refused to pay it.The staff also really tries to hard-sell on ordering contacts through them, but I guess that has become the norm for optometrists now that they are being so undersold on the internet. The staff does not provide you with a hard copy of your RX to try to get you to order through them and you have to special request one if you want to order on your own.

Wonderful eye doctors and staff!!! The office is new and modern, with state of the art equipment. They have a number of designer frames, I purchased some very nice Oliver Peoples last month and some very stylish Prada sunglasses a few weeks ago. My family and I have been going to Dr. Bigheart for a number of years, she is always so kind and helpful, always displaying a vast knowledge and expertise on eyecare and the business. I have also met Dr. Morgans, she displays the same kindness and helpful attitude as Dr. Bigheart. Friendly staff and comfortable waiting area, If only there were more stars to check!
