Wow! Seriously, I came to visit from Las Vegas for R&D and by casualty I walked into this spot. Yes to the blood orange whiskey sour that started the night for me. The staff was amazing, working together as a team which made everything smooth. The food was the absolute star of the night but of all three courses the duck ham was outstanding!The broccolini helped me scrape the delicious green sauce with jalapeño essence but no spice, so nice! A butternut squash puree tied the whole thing together. The Arkansas fritters enlightened me to chow chow, the name caught my eye but the airy fritter filled with ground beef was heaven on earth with that remy! The possum pie, whoohooo! Chef and team, thank you for an amazing meal. It takes a lot to impress someone in the industry and the people here know what they're doing. So go see for yourself! P.S. order the drip coffee. You'll thank me later.

New place, same great taste! My wife and I were regulars at the Bentonville T&T location when we lived here so we loved the sound of going to this location for brunch. I initially had the Brunch Sandwich with truffle fries and it was fantastic. I got it with bacon (as opposed to chicken or sausage) and it was still large and in charge. In a funny turn of events, we dined here for brunch the very next day as well. This time I had my old favorite, the Which Came First, their take on chicken and waffles. It is truly one of my favorite brunch dishes anywhere and it was as good as ever.Our service was great both visits. Both days it was not very busy as perhaps not many people know about their newer Rogers location. You won't be disappointed!

First excellent reservation app. Service in bar area great with Joe. Presentation of dishes on point. But it has to be backed up with excellent food. The grouper was overdone and rubbery. The elk was well done and at most should have been medium. The possum pie was a crust impossible to cut and a soupy mess in middle. The place was very cool in presence. A restaurant should focus on consistency in food quality.

We came for the Saturday brunch hoping they had the lemon pancakes like they have in Bentonville. We were in luck as they were on the menu. So I ordered those with the home made bacon and fruit bowl. The pancakes may be the best I have ever had. The lemon flavor is amazing. The syrup is excellent as well. The bacon is just amazing, so much flavor. Even the fruit bowl was really good with fresh fruit which I really wasn't expecting in February. Service was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

My wife and I were invited for the soft opening and was our first experience with the Tusk and Trotter brand and man! I am so glad we went! Mind you, this was the soft opening, so there was still a lot of training taking placing and learning, but the overwhelming potential of this location is amazing!Excellent location... very close to the outside performance theater!The greeting was warm and friendly! The ambiance was clean and modern. We sat in the bar area, and I really enjoyed the large TVs over the bar.I also have been in the restaurant business for a very long time and have hosted many soft openings... so it was nice seeing and experiencing one from the guest perspective.Our server was sweet and engaging. She was still learning the menu, but her trainer was spot on to slide in and help answer questions!We had an appetizer delivered as it was a kitchen practice plating. It had a medly of marinated veggies and bacon and pork meats. It was good, though, a variety of different flavors. The bacon jam was good, but it needed an accent sauce...As I always do, I ordered the burger and fries. Delicious. High quality... beautifully seasoned, so the meat was the star... Added bacon and cheese... I highly recommend it!My wife had a vegetable Milinisa (spelling) that she enjoyed! Good mixture of flavors and texture and a nice vegetarian option for diet restrictions!The GM Chris stopped by and checked on us a few times and stayed for a quick chat before heading back into the kitchen, very nice and professional and knew how to engage in conversation but not loose focus of what he was doing!I hope this location continues to develop as the soft opening was amazing, and I look forward to returning in the near future!

Stopped in for a late lunch. The black board lists the suppliers and what they supply as well as where they are located. I had the rice and beef fritters and they were delicious! Served with house made chow chow which was also delicious! Hubby had the hot fried chicken sandwich. He devoured it along with the hand cut fries. No room for dessert; maybe next time!

I've been to the one in Bentonville & it's great. HOWEVER- I went to the one in Rogers and it blew me away!! The manager, Charlee, went above and beyond to make sure our table was taken care of on Valentine's Day. She runs the restaurant perfectly and it was a great place for a date night! The drinks were amazing and I'll definitely be going back
