I feel for the waitresses because they're the ones who take the hit on the restaurants inadequacies. I Yelp alot and I Yelp honestly. Came for lunch, best burger I've ever had. Thought, man they must have a good ass dinner. Ha, negative. I get the feeling they are just trying to get by. The portions were a joke. My drink was good but it was 2 swallows and gone. So I told the waitress I was concerned with which dinner to order because of the portion of the drink. She recommended the chicken and it was amusing. $100 dinner and I gotta go find somewhere to eat.

Disappointing Experience at Tusk and TrotterWe've enjoyed Tusk and Trotter in the past, but unfortunately, our recent visit was a letdown. The restaurant still has a fun, industrial rustic vibe with its signature pig decor, and our reservation was ready as soon as we arrived, which was a nice start. We were seated at a high-top table in the bar area, and the service was excellent--the bartenders worked together seamlessly to take care of everyone's tables. The food, however, was hit and miss. I ordered the Tusk Burger with cheddar and bacon, along with garlic Parmesan truffle fries. The burger had great flavor, but the bun was too big and overwhelmed the sandwich. That said, the fries were fantastic--crispy with just the right amount of seasoning.Unfortunately, my wife's Cobb Salad didn't impress. The grilled chicken lacked any real flavor, and while the greens were fresh, they were the most flavorful part of the dish. Like me, she loved the truffle fries, but the salad left much to be desired. The biggest disappointment, though, was the state of the facilities. The bathrooms were dirty, and my wife described the women's room as particularly unpleasant, with filth splattered on the walls and floor. It seems like the attention to cleanliness has really gone downhill. We used to really enjoy Tusk and Trotter, so we hope this is just a rough patch. For now, though, it's hard to recommend based on this experience.

This was my first time at Tusk & Trotter and honestly will be my last. We had reservations at noon, we were sat immediately which was great. After we received our waters and drinks, this is where it started going downhill. After we ordered our food, we never saw our waiter again. It took 50 minutes to even receive our food which the restaurant was not even half full. It was more like 1/4 full. Which our food was honestly super easy. 2 orders of pancakes and a plain salad. After we finished our food, we waited and waited for our check.. this is now 2 hours total of being here. I had to speak with the manager which they did cover some of the food but I still paid $48! Which is over priced for our drinks and shitty service. We should've just got up and left and never said anything but I decided to stay and do what was right. Again this is my first and last time as the food is honestly moderate, over priced and the service is the worst I've ever seen.

This is a very cozy and friendly place to enjoy some locally-sourced, fresh, delicious and somewhat unique cuisine! A group of 4, we shared the bacon platter and it was delicious. Also the pork rinds which were huge and salty good. I ordered the tusk burger and salad. The salad featured amazing cherry tomatoes and was fresh and loaded with crisp greens. We also split the possum pie and apple cake for dessert! Super good too. The service was friendly and informative about the various specials and dishes. Great spot for a fun little group dinner. Great beers on tap too, great local (I had the amber ale) and other brands available too.

It was SO good. Almost forgot to take any pics. Got the blackened chicken sandwich with parmesean garlic truffle fries and the kids cheese pizza. Would definitely go back. Made a reservation which was helpful. Service was slow but attentive. Only complaint was we couldn't find the place due to construction and lack of signage.

We had a real mixed bag of an experience here, so I'm going to essentially round up as they made things right in the end.We snagged a patio spot on a quiet Wednesday evening, and it was beautiful and we were ready to eat. The menu trends slightly higher in price than average, but there's a decent amount of options for most (to the vegetarians out there, I'd find somewhere else). We ordered, hung out, waited... waited.... became hangry... and eventually faded into the universal void of hangriness and fatigue. The table next to us also appeared to enter that silent, stressed out void as well.No idea how it took so long to get a couple burgers and fries out, but boy did it. Our server was having a rough night, and collided with a group taking pictures right by the door. He assured us it was almost out, but then another 10-15 min. went by. The manager came out and initially offered us some free dessert to take home which we weren't really in the mood for. Ultimately, then ended up comping our bills which I think was the right call. It was over an hour of just sitting there nursing a glass of water, and an overall unpleasant experience despite the cool vibes and beautiful night. The food was OK; I tried a bison burger and despite having a million ingredients (cheese, aioli, lettuce, tomato, etc) it was kind of flavorless. The garlic parmesan fries were okay, but room temperature by the time I got them. Nevertheless I put it down and it filled me up.I would explore another place next time in the area. Overall, it just didn't land for me but I appreciate the manager visiting our table and ultimately making it right.

Came here on a slowish night and ordered a couple burgers. Our server must have been having a bad night because we waited 40 minutes for our food. I will still give them 4 stars because the manager came to our table to apologize and make things right. We sat outside, which was good for the most part, we were right next to the street so had to contend with passing cars.

Tusk and Trotter is AMAZING. I eat here pretty frequently; always incredible service, food, and vibes. They are so welcoming and have the best service out of any of the downtown bentonville restaurants. We were hit with a terrible storm/tornadoes and were without power - Tusk and Trotter opened their doors to the community and created a home away from home to enjoy dinner, drinks, and laughs in a safe space. Thank you for all that you do!

Great burger, enjoyed the pork rinds side. Nice atmosphere, road construction made it a little difficult to get to, but lots of free parking! But for $18 it should be good
