HORRIBLE. I confirmed with this company twice AND received an email confirmation for a pick up at the airport this past Saturday. I was relying on this cab company solely for the purpose of using their car seats (Lyft and Uber don't offer car seats so it's a safety issue). Some horribly RUDE man calls me at 10:30 (the time of my scheduled pick up) to tell me THEY DON'T HAVE ANY DRIVERS. I was left stranded at the airport with two kids with 0 ride home. Beyond unprofessional. The man who called me then began yelling at me. I can't wait for Uber and Lyft to run you out of business.

Just had a driver pass multiple cars in the left turn lane with no regard to public safety. Called the company and only got okay. Then she hung up.

I called to reserve a cab for the next morning. I was told the charge would b $33. The driver charged me $45. Never again.

Very professional and friendy. Arrival to take me to my destination early. Would use them again.

They charge me$40 for 5 Mile ride then I left my phone in the car called him 10 minutes later and try to charge me 65 more dollars to get my phone back extortioners

Last night I called for a yellow taxi around 10 pm. The man said it would be around 45 minutes to an hour. I said fine. About an hour and a half later or so I received a call from company saying they were still looking for a driver. I said ok. About another 45 minutes or so go by and I receive another call saying they were still looking for a driver. I still said ok. Another hour goes by and I check my phone and see I've missed a call and text from a driver while I was in the shower getting ready to go to bed. I then message back to say are you coming. They said I would have to wait 25 more minutes now. So I say ok. Before I ordered the cab I had them quote me a price. It was to cost approx $16. So after the allotted 25 minutes he says he will be here in 9 minutes. So I get back up and get ready for the 3rd time & get ready. Now during all this phone communication no one bothers to tell me that I must pay upfront for this ride. It's now 1:30 am & I'm just getting in the car. I give him the address and he tells me now the ride is $25 because it's after midnight. So I proceed to call my boyfriend to say I'm on my way. The cab rider then asks what I'm doing so I tell him I'm making sure that's ok and the man ask me what I'm doing. I tell him. This is when he raises his voice to me and says I have to pay upfront. I told him that no one told me this and once I got to my destination I would pay. He says no I have to pay now before he will even leave. So by now I've waited almost 4 hours and the price raised because of no fault of my own & then I still received no ride. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a taxi company. The cab driver was extremely rude. So needless to say I never received my ride. Awful awful experience. I would suggest Uber or Lyft. I will never call them again.

Hostile and unreliable. I reserved a cab the night before my Dr's appointment to be sure I would be on time. The cab never showed. When I called them they told me they were too busy and I could call back another day. So I had to reschedule everything. Just 2 days earlier my mother had been yelled at by a driver because he "could be making more money" taking other fares than waiting on "an old lady". She was simply picking up a prescription from the pharmacy. It used to be an excellent company. And there are some excellent, drivers who show a high degree of professionalism. But they are leaving for other jobs now. I'll be looking for a new taxi service from here on out, unless it's an emergency and I'm forced to deal with this one.

I booked a cab from the hotel to the airport for 5:!5am. I go outside the hotel at 5:15 - no cab. So I go back in, look up the number and got someone on the line who said don't worry, he will be there. I'm on a tight schedule to catch a plane - hence the pre-booked cab vs Uber or Lyft. So after waiting awhile, I sent out for an Uber. Then I get a call from the cab saying he is on the way. I told him, I need to get to the airport, so whomever gets there first, him or Uber, I would take. He said forget it, I'm not coming and hung up on me. Never again with this company.

Reserved a cab & confirmation 1hour prior to pickup, yet still failed to even arrive....cancelled 10min after the arrival time was set, which caused me to miss my job interview!!! Was also going to try charging $10 for 1mile ride!? Use another company like Lyft or Uber!
