They're overpriced and they'll loosen your oil filter so it drips if you ask them to hurry a little.

TTW is the most terrible place to do business. They will steal you blind while they have your truck, then deny & deflect that it didn't happen on their watch. I'll never do business there again.A few details.I called to ask them if they do spray in bed liners on sight or do they have someone else do it? They give me their spill about how they do it at their location, with their own guys. That turned out to be a lie.So I called on Monday & set up an appointment for Friday. I was to have the truck at their location be 7am, & they would have my truck finished by noon. (I was there at 6am)I showed up at noon to pick up my truck & it was not there. I asked where is my truck? They said it is getting sprayed at our other shop, & they spray equipment broke. They are headed back with your truck right now. After some time went by I ask about my truck again & started trying to call the guy, but they said he wasn't answering his phone. They left to drive over there to find out where my truck was. They came back & said that he was in the process of spraying my truck when the equipment broke. The tool box was sprayed, but they were waiting for parts for their spray rig to spray my truck bed. They promised they would bring me my truck as soon as it was finished. I told them I needed to get some things out of my truck as I was going out of town. They told me where my truck was & I found it at a Chevrolet dealership not far away. They had not done anything to my truck as they had told me. I got my stuff out of my truck, & went on my way. They dropped my truck off where I ask them to, but when I got in it, I found that they had stolen a laser that was in my truck. (later I realized that they also stolen my nice flashlight). We went around & around about it, with them finally telling to just file a police report. Ok, but what are you going to do to make this right? That's a $100 flashlight, & a $270 laser. The gave me $150 in store credit. I gave up & called it a hard lesson learned. I'll never go back in their store, & I do not want anything in it. Long story I know, but this is why I'll never do business there again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK. They caused over $3000.00 in damage to my truck.They will blame you or your vehicle for any problems.
