I had to put one star but I would prefer to put no starts at all.We took two watches in to be fixed. There were several delays and we were told their repair man died due to covid so we gave them A LOT of grace. Finally we have given up hoping they will fix the watches and simply want them back. So far we haven't been able to get them back and no one answers the phone =( We talked to the store next door and they said that the police have been trying to help other people get their items back with little luck =( I'm hoping our luck improves and we simply get back our family heirlooms!

Never gave us the watch back! Bad business! We took our Tag Heuer here for repair. The owner, she said the crown is difficult to find and that she found someone in Europe who could get the crown sooner and she would let us know when it was ready. We called, left voicemails only to see that now she is no longer in business. She owes us the watch.

I went in with a few watches to get new batteries in them. Dropped them off went to lunch nearby, came back and they were ready. Well. All except 2 of them, where the lady was kind enough to point out the SOLAR label on the watch face . Reasonable prices. Fast service. Very friendly folks.

Took a watch in January of 2023 to get serviced. Went in multiple times to get an update on my watch and got a different excuse each time about why my watch wasn't ready. The watch was only supposed to be polished, but received excuses about faulty parts, etc... things that had no bearing on why I actually brought the watch into the shop. Called multiple times to get an update, no answer, voicemail was full. Went multiple times and it was hit or miss on if anyone was actually there. Went the last time in November 2023 to check on my watch and was told it was still not ready. I told them I just wanted it polished and back, they said they would have it done the following week. No call, no voicemail, no update. I went back to the shop in December and the shop had been cleared out completely. They have disappeared, tried contacting them through phone and text. No response!! My watch is gone, along with this shop. A bunch of crooks!! This watch was an heirloom, and precious to me, but it seems they have done this to a number of people.

I took a watch with movement that was damaged by battery corrosion and was told it could be repaired or ordered from the manufacturer. After several weeks, I decided to check on the movement myself and was told by the manufacturer that it was no longer available. I found a NOS movement on eBay and Tulsa Time said they would order it. Two months later, a progress check yielded no action taken although I was told that a movement had been ordered from the manufacturer as well as eBay. All during this long waiting period, my phone calls almost always went to voicemail and never returned. Finally, after just under four months, I asked for and received my watch back. I subsequently bought the replacement movement myself on eBay which was delivered in two days. My watch will be ready in a week from a competitor.

If you take your watch here you will likely not get it back. I'm a return customer. Had a movement fixed in a watch a few years back and although it took some time after a few months I received my watch back repaired. I took another watch in May of 2022 to have a crystal replaced and have yet to hear back anything regarding my watch. In the past six months I have called nearly every week and the phone was answered only once. When it was answered they promised to call back the following morning with an update and of course never did. After nearly a year I finally go to their store well within their business hours and the door is locked. I'm told by a nearby business that one of the owners occasionally goes in the store but immediately locks the door and hides in the back of the shop. I have no idea how to get my watch back as there isn't any way to contact the store or see if they are even in business. The pure disrespect that is shown towards customers is staggering. Do not take any watch here. If you are unlucky enough to have already done so, good luck getting your property back.

I took two watches in for cleaning/batteries. They said it would be 4-6 weeks, which I thought was pretty slow. After 4 weeks, I went in and they hadn't touched either watch. I took one of them back but let them keep the second watch.After another 4 weeks, I called to see the status and the lady never returned my calls. After 9 (NINE) weeks, I went into the store and they couldn't find my watch!! She told me to come back again and they would find it.Finally, they found my watch and supposedly it was serviced. Not only are they disorganized, they were not very pleasant to deal with.

Dropped my watch off in late 2020 and told them the movement was stuck, plus it had a crack in the plastic crystal. After never reveiving any calls or any word from them by July 2021, I called them. They told me the movement was stuck and to give them more time. Never heard a word from them for another 6 months, so in early December 2021 I popped in to check on the service. I was told the movement is stuck. (No kidding.) After asking them if they even wanted to try to fix it, they said to give them another month. No peep from them so after another month I took my watch back, at which point I was asked "You dont want the service?" What a joke. It looks like they never even touched the watch. The plastic crystal wasnt even replaced which is an easy fix. In over a year they never called me once to give me any update or information about how the service was coming. They were very pleasant and polite every time I came in but I got the strong impression that it was just lip service since they obviously did not want to fix my watch, never even replaced the plastic crystal, never even contacted me to give me any update of any progress. If this service went well I was going to give them a Rolex to service but they apparently don't need the extra business since it looks like business is going well enough for them without the extra burden of communicating with new customers. .... terrible communication. I hate to say this but it is true.
