Tulsa RV Ranch

These folks are genuine, honest, and down to earth people. Me and my family were in a pinch for about 3 1/2 weeks to move cross trails RV park . I just started the job in Tulsa. I had some money and not all of it upfront, and they took care of us like family a good handshake and your word goes along way with these genuine folks. I am so blessed and thankful for the hospitality. I recommend this place to anybody in a pinch!!! Much from Sand Springs!! Gilbert Lot 58

Great park. Incredible staff. Maintenance man is supper helpful with setting up camper and getting you situated in your site. Clean shower house and restrooms. Easy check in. Lots of room in your site. Play ground right outside the office to sit in ac and watch the kids play. Looks to be alot of updates going on. Look forward to seeing the park next time we are in town to see family.

great place..except that every spot with shade is taken by someone that has decided to live here..live in's have taken over this place,little fences,decorations.. like its their home...problem is...is you want a nice spot...too bad...someone live there...smh

Called to ask about the hours for the restaurant. The lady said it is no longer in business, nothing is there anymore. I said really I wonder what happened and she hung up on me. RUDE!!!!!

If I could give no stars I totally would, as this restaurant doesn't honor the federal government's law of service animals per the ADA!!! They asked me & my service dog to leave as he was drinking water out of bowl & eating chicken fried steak off of plates that out waitress brought us. The manager told us this wasn't allowed & then sh took all of our plates away & didn't box up my left overs as I requested! I will never come to this worthless law-breaking restaurant! Be ware...if you have a service animal DO NOT come here as we aren't welcome! And yes, I filed a complaint with our Federal Government, as it is against the law to deny access to me & my service dog! Fingers crossed that they have to pay a $55k fine for discriminating against us!!!

What a gem! This RV park is a rare find! Beth is incredibly wonderful and everyone there was friendly and helpful! They have all the amenities plus on-site propane fill, kids playground, game room, laundry, gym and a fantastic restaurant next door! There's also a camp store that's well stocked with reasonable prices and great quality! I'm glad I didn't see the yelp reviews before I came because the park isn't anything like the old reviews. Yes it has several long term renters and it's a dog-friendly park (no dogs running free though!) but that just makes this place a better community!

The map is very deceiving. There are not that many spots. 1-2 nighters won't get good spots, too many full timers. Had to leave for children to ride bikes because there was a loose German Shepard chasing cars. What used to be a nice rodeo arena is now a car salvage. Such a shame, this could be a really nice place. Poorly kept.

Place is disgusting. Don't waste your time. Went to buy milk and eggs at the store. Milk was spoiled after we used it to make food. Funny thing they have a policy no refunds. Even when they know they sold bad food. Very unprofessional. Do not support this place and their unacceptable behavior.
