Totally and completely disappointed and dissatisfied with this business and do not recommend them AT ALL!!I placed an order online for a basket that showed online that it could be delivered the next day to send to my daughter who was having a really bad week. I live in Virginia and she is currently in Tulsa, so the best I could do to cheer her up was to send her something, and the teapot basket would have been the perfect pick me up for her bad week!! I received a call the next morning from Alex informing me that the basket I chose could not in fact be delivered same day and would take 3-5 days. Alex and I agreed that they would do a combination fruit/chocolate basket instead and that they would go to the local market and get some different teas to add in. I wasn't completely happy with the fact that I had to completely change my order, however I definitely appreciated Alex's willingness to work with me to get another basket that my daughter would appreciate.I waited all day to hear something from my daughter that she received the basket... nothing.... I decided to call the store to see what the status was on the delivery..... I called 5 times only to receive an automated response each time and hold music and then a recording to leave a message at the tone. I sent an email through the website, and then tried to call one more time. This time, a woman answered the phone and I was put on hold - when she came back on the line, I was informed that there was apparently an accident and my daughter's basket was damaged and that they could "deliver it tomorrow". My biggest problem with this is that if there was an accident why was I not called as soon as they knew that the arrangement wasn't going to be delivered? Why did I have to call the store to find out the status?I declined having the basket delivered the next day and asked for a refund which was done. I also asked to speak with a manager or the owner only to be told that the manager had left for the day. I asked that they have the manager give me a call the next morning when they returned to the store.The following morning I waited to hear from the manager, but I never received a call. I called the store and the phone was answered by a young man who asked me to hold and then hung up on me. I called back thinking that it might have been an accident, and the phone was answered by who I believe was the same woman I had spoken to the day before, and I was again hung up on! I have YET to hear from the manager or the owner with regards to this incident.This is the absolute WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!
