Beautiful outlet mall! Welcome to Tulsa! Love the variety of stores. The cleanliness and set up/ tip top. Lots of parking, lots of fun and activities for kids. Easy to navigate and easy to shop. Would recommend more food and drink options- you most certainly need a cute coffee shop and snacky little places- or more food trucks that are more visible. Overall- awesome!

I enjoyed a Saturday afternoon browsing the stores in the new outlet mall, and it's a beauty to behold. The outside seating and amenities are really nice. There's a lot of stores already, but some aren't outlet stores. A good amount of them are outlets, but I really didn't find a lot of good discounts. Things were still mostly high retail pricing. But there is a nice selection in types of stores. I'll be excited to see what other stores decide to join since there were still open spaces. Staff all around were helpful in the shops we went in. I love the food truck idea, and there was a coffee truck when I was there. A coffee shop would be a great permanent addition. I'll definitely shop here again, but so far, I prefer the OKC outlet mall.

First of all, I'm not an outlet shopper but trying to keep an open mind about these new shops. For newness, cleanliness and family friendliness, these outlets are probably a 5. For value and price-points, it's probably around a 2. I think one really needs to watch prices. 50% off doesn't necessarily mean it's a good deal. A lot of stores didn't even have any discounts.I did like the common areas and the playground. I loved that there were at least two local presences here: Los Cabos and Barbee's. I probably won't make this a destination but it is a cool draw for Tulsa (and Jenks). I was there after 5 pm on a weeknight and it was still pretty busy. Traffic and parking weren't really a thing. For that, the cleanliness and the places to chill (for adults and children alike), I'm giving this a four.

We waited a while before checking this place out as it has been PACKED since it has opened. Which is a good sign. We went this past weekend to take a look around. It was quite cold out, so the crowd was small. The selection of stores is impressive and all the stores we walked in to were warm! both in temperature and friendliness with the staff greeting us as soon as we stepped in. Now I did have some price point comparisons in mind when we went there. Cavender's pricing was a little less than their main store near Memorial for comparable boots. The selection I do believe was less. That is to be expected seeing as how it is an "Outlet" store, I think. As far as the various jeans' stores, they are on par with pricing in my opinion. Ultimately, we walked out of there with shoes and new sunglasses. The shoes were the cheapest we had seen after discounts and the sunglasses were pricier than expected but it was a good sell. :)

Very nice shopping center with play spots for kids, several restroom locations, and multiple charging stations with seating areas located throughout. Lots of shade and a pretty fountain in the center. Nice mix of shops, some with actual outlet type deals but mostly just regular stores you would see at Woodland Hills. Worth a visit but after walking through most of the stores my husband and I left with only one item: a Kate Spade wallet for my anniversary gift. Not that we didn't see anything we would have bought, we just didn't feel like the sales were a super good deal (for us). Will probably visit again with family from out of town, but for normal shopping we probably won't drive over there.

My husband and I decided to go on the second day it was open, Friday, August 16th at 10:00 am. Parked fine, walked around with our two kids in a wagon. There were plenty of shaded areas, fun play area for kids and plenty of chairs throughout to sit down and relax. We were very impressed with the family bathroom in the back down a hallway. It had a child-sized toilet along with an adult sized toilet. They really thought that one through. Also had a sink on a child's level. We went into Crocs, Adidas, bath & body works, a toy store and ate at the açaí 'bondi' food truck. Perfect for a hot day. Got a great deal at crocs and adidas. This will be a great place for years to come and awesome for Tulsa!
