Terrible service department. We've had nothing but issues since taking our SxS to get 50 hour service. When we got it back we took it out riding and not even 20 mins later the engine light came on and went into limp mode. The coolant level was still below minimum. Took it back to Honda of Tulsa and they claimed wrong spark plugs and made us pay for it because spark plugs aren't covered under our warranty. So we paid for the spark plugs and we took it out again and only made it 5 mins before it went back into limp mode and the check engine light is on and now they're saying it's a belt issue. Very poor customer service. Incredibly rude and we will never use them and I will make sure to tell all our friends who have atvs and everyone in our motorcycle group to never use them again. This has been an ongoing issue for over a month now.

I scheduled service to have the rear wheels on my lawnmower (less than 3 years old) repaired - they weren't rolling in reverse freely. Tulsa Powersports were booked 2 weeks out, but i set an appointment anyway because they're the only Honda repair place i could find locally. When i showed up 2 weeks later, it was like i had snuck up on them. They didn't know who i was or why i was there, and the salesperson filled out a new ticket for my repair. He said it would take a week or two.About 2 weeks later i got a call that the work was done, and came back to pick up the mower. I was charged nearly $200 for the "repair," but i saw little improvement in the wheels' movement. I asked for a refund which they issued, and they asked if they could attempt to make it right by actually repairing the mower's wheel issue. I agreed and was impressed at their integrity at this point. They said it would be a few more weeks. After about a month, I hadn't heard anything so I called the shop for an update, and the salesperson said the mower was ready, that the mechanic who had "repaired" the mower previously had misdiagnosed the issue, but he assured me it was fixed this time.I showed up today, and was charged the same price as before, nearly $200 (they are asking $450 for their brand new mowers). The salesperson commented that I wouldn't be charged for the labor for both of the "repairs," as if i should be thankful, and he wheeled out the mower. The wheels' movement hasn't improved since the last visit. I asked the salesperson if he would be happy receiving this quality of service for this price and he responded, "yes." It gave me everything i need to know about this operation. Zero integrity. Zero accountability.I would suggest heading elsewhere for any repairs you may need.

Seemed like a great experience at first, but once they got the money from the bank, that was all she wrote. Delivered our Spyder filthy from the previous owner. They dropped it off in the rain and left. I got on it to move it and realized I had no clue how to start it because we never had a walk around. Wasn't hard to figure out but that wasn't the point. The salesman promised a mobike detail but after a week, I just did it myself. We will find somewhere else for maintenance.

Purchased a new KTM at HOT, what a great experience. They took me in and made me feel like part of their team. Management followed up after the sale, and the service department has been super helpful giving me the tech details of my bike. They welcome me by name every time I go in, and continue to make sure that I am satisfied with my purchase. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle.

Sales department was OK when I bought my RXTX 300 SeaDoo however the service department scraped the gelcoat on the bottom on the ski of which I didn't notice until later when I had to readjust the trailer bunks and bow support because they didn't set the trailer up correctly causing the ski the load and trailer poorly. In a separate trip I tried to purchase a couple of tires for my bike to the tune of $500+. They ordered on of the tires, when it came in I questioned the ago of the "NEW" tires before bringing my bike in and found out that they were both roughly 3 years old already. I have never had someone try to sell me a new tire for anything that was over a year past manufacture date. Long story short they felt this was acceptable however I rejected the tires and the service only to be billed a $58 restocking fee for a tire that had been sitting on a shelf for three years. I will not spend another dime with Honda of Tulsa in the future. I hope the enjoy their $58.
