Donation windows are always closed. Employee said if I wanted to donate my goods I need to bring them in the front door.
Thrift store, but not thrift store prices.

I really want to love this thrift store, but without a dressing room I have a really hard time committing to a clothing item. Some items are a great deal and others I don't understand how they came up with the price chosen. Other restore racks in other towns have days where everything is half off. I wish this store had that!

This thrift store is packed with clothing, home goods, shoes, etc. It has so much in it, it's a bit overwhelming. It isn't merchandised as nicely as some other thrift stores I've been in. If it weren't for the fun, satellite radio station playing in the background, it would be a fairly grim shopping experience. Prices are all over the board. If you take your time and rummage through stuff, you can find a good buy. Dressing rooms were closed. That was a deterrent to buy clothes. Parking lot out front.

Update - the prices have skyrocketed! Is this a re-store or a marketplace now? I see these kind of prices in antique/junk stores all over Tulsa. And the quality has gone down (broken tiles in boxes but no discounted pricing). I understand you have the occasional jukebox that sells for over $1000 but the very broken pressboard desk in the back selling for over $500? Really?

I was having an issue with my card and I had about $200 worth of things. I just needed to transfer from one card to another and the older lady was rude and wouldn't wait and wouldn't even hold what I had grabbed till the morning. I don't see how they make .money when they turn dow. $200 purchases and deny the customer to hold the products until the next day. I used to love this store but the short old manager was so rude and unwilling to be kind that I wouldn't recommend shopping or donating here because they only care about getting off work, they (well she) isn't about habitat for humanity. She's about getting off work and not making a lot of money for a good cause. If you want to thrift then I suggest you not come to restore because they aren't caring. And I got in trouble for sitting in the parking lot while making this review by security. They don't own the parking lot. And I wasn't going to break the law and text and drive. The way I've been treated is deplorable. I am not coming back. I'll shop at places that actually care about making money for their cause. Not about getting home cuz they're lazy and don't want to work or work with anyone.

You may know this store as the former Value Thrift. It has changed hands and is now the Habitat for Humanity "Restore Rack". This means primarily clothing on offer, very unlike the usual Restore locations focusing on home related items, used hardware, and DIY supplies. That suits me fine and I find this to be a really good stop when thrifting in the area. They do have special offers such as 1/2 off certain tag colors, but the prices overall seem a little higher than they were at Value Thrift. The store is a bit cleaner and better organized now as well, but overall it is relatively similar to how it was in the past. I'd much rather see this store in Value's spot than an empty building, that's for sure.

This business has gone downhill. The lights are dim and the atmosphere is depressing. They need to make it bright and welcoming with creative, colorful displays like Goodwill stores.

I'm not going to try to say that I wasn't surprised to see they have a very good assortment of vintage and modern items for your home. I'm glad to have found out about the place GREAT DEALS ON EVERYTHING YOU NEED.
