I was recently in town for a short business trip, and wanted to stay a little closer to the heart of the city than I did on a previous visit. So when I found a great deal at the Tulsa Club, I was more than excited to check out this historic hotel! With an old school, classic vibe, and beautifully decorated for the holiday season, I was blown away by the loveliness of the lobby and public areas. Upstairs, my room was pretty tiny compared to more modern hotels. But it was also super clean, comfortable, and quiet. My favorite part of this hotel, though, was its location. It was basically a 10 minute walk to anywhere I wanted to go. I enjoyed breakfast down the street at a wonderful juice bar, and later wandered over to the historic Greenwood District (aka Black Wall Street) where I found a great coffee shop to work from, and enjoyed some tasty soul food for lunch. I even had time to stop by the must-visit Center of the Universe! All of this without even getting into my rental car. Win win!One night I did check out the lovely lobby bar, and enjoyed a delish martini amongst the friendly crowd of travelers. I didn't get a chance to visit their on-site restaurant, unfortunately.Parking here was just $18/day for self-park during my visit. They also have valet parking available. Oh, and all of the staff I encountered were super friendly!

Dates of stay: November 23 - November 25, 2023Room: 307I've stayed in hotels in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, London, Paris, and a host of other cities around the world. Big cities. Expensive cities. Would you believe that the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in happens to be in Tulsa, Oklahoma? When they say the room is a "Petite Queen," they are talking about a room barely big enough for Thumbelina. The room was thankfully quiet and the bed was decent, if a bit too soft, but I could not get over the itty bittyness of this room! The hotel did not seem busy (valet practically begged to help with the bags, as he was bored) yet no upgrade for a Diamond member. The bathroom was fairly generic, and surprisingly accommodated two adults simultaneously though I still don't understand why all rooms in hotels that are more than $50/night do not have soft close lids for toilets, especially in such a tiny room.Carrying on the same theme, the gym in the facility is also very small, though they do a good job with filling it with a variety of equipment to maximize the space. Staff that we encountered was also quite nice and outside of the tiny, tiny room. Saturdays in Tulsa are free parking so we forewent the valet on the second night and just parked across the street, though I did have to get that removed from the bill at check out, but that's a small quibble.Torn on this one, would like to go four stars but I just can't with this closet of a room!

Read before booking:Long time Hilton diamond here. I've stayed at The Club several times (and have another stay on the calendar). For the most part, I've had a good experience however after my last stay, I was sent an amended invoice that included a $250+tax smoking fee. Funny, I don't smoke. Upon further research, I've found other reviews on different platforms (Tripadvisor & Yelp) from customers like me with the same issue at this hotel. it appears as though management is trying to bank on corporate travelers not checking their hotel receipts.... I of course will be disputing this charge with the Hotel and my card company if needed, but this shouldn't be my problem. It's end of year and my final expenses on my corporate card are due. Better hope this is resolved quickly.

Great service, clean hotel. Nice looking restaurant and bar I wish to try next time. Appreciated the friendly staff who let me in late and the coffee to-go in the lobby. Close walk to groceries.

Love the curio collection. We wanted to stay in the art district, but this was the art Deco district about a mile from where i intended. Oh well, I love this hotel. Art deco isn't my thing, but this was interesting. My husband is a rewards member and have to say they usually upgrade us to a suite if theyaren'tt booked. Thiswasn'tt booke, but had no luck this time and so fa, the smallest room of our 10-day adventure. But bed comfortable and love the lemongrass amenities... my new fav scent. There were robes but not our size. They charge for parking. They have a parking garage they share that hotel guest use the upper floors . They offer valet for a cost. I think it was 16 a day for self park. There is a tiny workout area with a few bikes and treadmills and a set of wieghts. No pool andit'ss 107 outside. Staff were friendly and helpful except for lack of upgrade. If you dont live in Oklahoma, do some research about setting up an account pike pass for toad tolls. I think its for Texas, Kansas and Oklahoma. We had one for Chicago Florida New york but not here.

I'd stay here again when I come back to Tulsa. First, the classic look is awesome and the rooms are clean! That's important to me rather than having amenities or anything else. I've been to a lot of renovated classics within Hilton Curio properties, and not everyone of them is good or clean. This is a nice rendition! However, part of the reason I rated TC a 4 star is because my initial room assignment was right above the lobby area, and I could not only hear the music in the lobby but also the people upstairs shuffling around, the lobby people, the elevators dings, and the entrance doors opening/closing. There was no way I was going to get a good nights sleep, which is synonymous with other peoples reviews.Second, I was very happy when the lady upfront took care of me. I let her know my issues and she made corrections right away, which I'm grateful for. It threw me off a little that I wasn't initially placed at a higher level, away from the elevators because thats what I have in my notes for reservations permanently. Lol I learned that she wanted to make sure I had a view and that's why she put me on Floor 3 initially. So, honestly, she had my best intentions in mind and I appreciated the thought. All in all, I really loved my room on the sixth floor. For me, I'll come back when I'm in the area, as long as it's under $200 pre-tax and not a room on the 3rd floor.

This iconic Tulsa hotel has been updated and improved with modern amenities. The outside entrance does not do its justice though. I don't know why, but one has to lug his/her luggages about 8 steps to get to the lobby to check in; and yes you will repeat the process on leaving the premise with your luggages. It has a nice bar and great sitting areas. The lobby furnitures are very comfortable and inviting. The room is nicely decorated and the plumbing modern. The windows are fixed in place which is a disappointment because the AC & furnace is either too cold or too hot. Their room safe is the best I have used because it can fit a 17" laptop with room to spare. The hotel is in the heart of the Art District. But we didn't see much activities as we walked around the neighborhood. May be it was the wrong time of the day or week. It can be breezy and chilly so be prepared. Enjoy your stay.

The food was absolutely amazing! The place was pretty expensive for only a one night stop. But the service was good, and the place was nice! So overall it was very good!
