Tucker's Onion Burgers

Oh. My. God! I've been wanting to try an onion burger for SO LONG. We finally got around to it on our way back to Texas from the Ozarks. So incredibly good. And some seriously fantastic fries, too! Woohoo!If you've been slacking off on trying one of these massive bits of heaven, just stop. Go get one. Do it right now! You won't be sorry. You're welcome!

This was our first visit to this location - 12.10.24. We have been long time patrons of the 23rd Street location. The location is ideal, with lots of shopping places and the highway close by. We each had the Double Onion Burger with Cheese - garnished with mustard, pickles, and jalapeños. If you have never had an Oklahoma-style onion burger, this is the place to try one. Our burgers were hot, juicy, crisp, cheesy, and delicious. The flavors of the meat, cheese, and additions were perfectly balanced. And if you like jalapeños and heat, you won't be disappointed here. The fries, surprisingly, were not up to the usual standard. Not bad, but pretty blah. All in all, we enjoyed our visit and, in hindsight, we were really in it mostly for the burger.

A smash burger with seriously caramelized onions on the bottom: what's not to like about that. Made to order too!Forgot to ask for my fries to be crispier (do they do that here?): a little too limp for me.Lemonade is seriously tasty.

The best burger in Oklahoma......love all of the caramelized onions on these burgers. Very good service and wonderful food.

The salads were different then I'm use to never saw corn chips on salad!!! Maybe it where I'm from , salad was turning brown, probably old ! Won't be returning...... I was told about it that's the only reason I went!

The burger that's worth the hype. The price is justified by the sheer amount of burger you get. Craving satisfied, get it while you're in town, I know I will

I know I'm from out of town but wanted to try an Oklahoma onion burger. This place didn't disappoint.

A impossible burger from Nw 23rd Tucker's impossible meat is thick and not flat like paper this is how (Norman) Tuckers impossible burgers are supposed to be prepared on a kids Bun ... thx again to the Manager at nw 23rd Clinton .

Friendly staff, great food, and very clean on the inside. The burger was delicious. I had the onion burger with cheese with mustard, mayo, pickles, and jalapeno. It was excellent. I've been to other places in OK with onion burgers, and this was right up there with the best. The fries were amazing. Perfectly done, salty, and how all fries should be. They reminded me of the Five Guys fries, but maybe a bit crispier which is how I like them.The staff were super friendly and worked hard to keep the restaurant clean. As soon as someone left, they were over at the table wiping it down and making sure everything was in order. This would have been a 5-star all day other than the strange odor. The entire place had a slight sewer smell when I was there, and it was worse in the bathroom. I'm not sure what that was, but it was a little off-putting. Due to the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant (and my hunger level), I decided to stay. I was glad I did.

Tuckers onion burgers are an Oklahoma standard and whenever our friends visit from out of town, they often want to try an onion burger. What do you like him or not is going to be more matter of personal taste. Personally, I do enjoy them. They also have a number of other enjoyable side items on their menu, especially their Frito salad. Environment is cool and clean and service is fast and friendly.
