Tuesday, 6/28/24 at 6:03pm when order was placed. 82 degrees outdoor temperature. Establishment was not busy but did complete a few orders while we were there. Establishment shares resources with Natural State Beer. 56 year Chicago native (male), wife 50 year Chicago native. Moved to NWA in 2021. Both highly experienced in Chicago fast food.We went SPECIFICALLY for the gyros, first time. Tony was running the food truck and as we approached I saw the gyro spit so I knew at least we were directionally accurate. Tony only has a gyro sandwich for a gyro option. we ordered the gyros well done and the fries and drink "meal" option. Conversed with Tony for a bit, he's personable, then were provided a pager. Drinks are served in 12on cans that are self serve from a cooler. We sat at an outdoor table seating area for the brewery/food patrons. When our pager went off, we picked up our food and I immediately noticed the abundance of gyro meat. It truly overflowed the pita, and I had to eat a few gyro slices to get the pita to fold. Without exaggeration, I've had thousands of gyros in my time and I can say as a true Chicago native the gyro serving size is right on par, no exceptions. The quality of the gyro meat was slightly above average. It had a pronounced seasoning and the meat to bread binder seemed to be of slightly higher meat content than average. Tony uses a quality blend. In fact I asked him if he uses Kronos and he said yes. Of course Kronos sells varying degrees of gyro qualities. The gyro sandwich has two tomato slices and just a few onions, really as a garnish, not an ingredient. The tzatziki sauce we got in the side. It was provided in a small plastic cup with a lid.The fries were crinkle cut, generous portion.I would have liked a gyro plate option, which contained more tomato and onions. I will say I like a lot of onions with my gyro, so I understand that's a preference thing. And I have no doubt that if I asked Tony for extra onions they would have been provided.Check their Facebook page for hours. At the time of this post they close at 8pm whilst here it says 6pm.

Born and raised in Chicago, its a breath of fresh air that this is here. Pizza puff was really good, fries just how they have them at home, combo was killer (wish for more Au jus but personal preference), and Chicago dog was also 100% correct and delicious. Great spot with awesome workers. Definitely will be back many times .
