Donna was amazing!!! By far the best experience I've ever had at a plant store!! I usually go to Lowe's but will come back because of Donna!!! She knew more about plants than anyone I've ever talked to!! Even more than I've found on the internet!!! Highly highly recommended, ask for Donna if you have any major questions!!!

This place is huge! I'm not sure why we haven't considered coming here before instead of always going to the one on NW Expy all the time. By the looks of it we will need to go back soon so we can finish looking at the outdoors part of the store as the husband's knee was bothering him. I bought so much while we were there because they carry just about everything! I was looking for some plants, diatomaceous earth, vermiculite, and a few pest killers, and they had a good selection as well as uninflated prices compared to some other plant places. Oh, and their plant pots were so pretty! They had a myriad of sizes of the standard terracottas and some really gorgeous ceramic ones. I now know where to go when I need them in the future.As a newbie container gardener it was quite a treat to see so many beautiful plants and they all looked healthy and taken care of. Plenty of succulents too! TLC was buzzling with lots of plant shoppers as it was a nice sunny Saturday. I can't say enough good things about this place and their inventory. Customer service wise, our cashier was lovely and the staff around the premises seemed happy to be working there. We won't be going back to the other TLC anymore that's for sure.

Replacing landscaping for the front of our home & my sakes we came to the right place! Thoughtful, knowledgeable teammates helped us pick all types of plants for our project. They even helped us load all the massive trees into our truck. Prices were good & quality/selection best in the metro! We can't wait to come back.

Great flowers and nice staff. Just not helpful. Says online you can come in Monday-Thursday with dimensions and pics of your flower bed and they can help you with informed suggestions. They kept pointing me to other areas, no one would be there. That part just wasn't helpful at all. Just left and came home with nothing forNow. labeling on the plants is helpful it's just overwhelming to a novice

TLC has been here for so many years and it's so wonderful! All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Their plants are top quality, and they have just about every type of plant you are looking for. I plan to continue getting all of my plants for the house and outdoor landscaping from here!

This place is FULL of poinsettias. I took some pictures just so you could see how insane it is. We came in to get some ideas for what we want to with our front garden beds at our new house, but I kind of doubt my husband would have brought me here had he known the greenhouse was truly wall-to-wall poinsettias. I could not leave there without half a dozen in various sizes. They also had lots of cute accoutrements, like nicer holiday pots, bows, and even little soft bags to go around the standard plastic pots. I think I made them mad when I went into the little potting shed area to add my own baskets and things, but it wasn't very clear that that was for employees only. Not my first time to step in it and probably not my last. We also got the cutest thing I've ever seen: a little rosemary bush, shaped like a Christmas tree. It's darling, and when it's a little warmer we'll plant it and have a good sized rosemary bush at our new place. I don't really want to think about how much money we will spend here over the years... but it turns out you can't take it with you, so why not buy flowers while you can?

Not very smart. Tried to buy some top soil got potting soil instead. Be careful of what you're getting.... Not worth returning!

I want to start off by saying I have a green thumb and I've been planting/taking care of plants for years. I spent over $200 on mums here. They weren't fully bloomed when I bought them, where other places such as Lowe's and Home Depot had them fully bloomed for a fraction of the price. Despite doing everything to care for them, they never fully grew and eventually became brittle. They went in the trash along with over $200 spent. I feel as though the products aren't the best quality and won't be returning

One of the most expensive nurseries in the area. They have a good selection of plants, but the prices are just too prohibitive. I have had hit or miss experience with the staff when visiting. Sometimes, very helpful. Other times, it was like I was bothering them to ask a question. I'll go elsewhere for lower prices and consistent customer service.
