Thirty Four Bar & Bistro

Stopped for lunch. This is a really nice little place in the back of the Mathis world store. It can see abt 50. They do have drinks and beer. The menu is small but very adequate. My wife and I both had the California club. No avacado today though. Also ordered a side a fried dill pickles. They came out looking greasy but they weren't bad. The servers were very nice and polite. Took abt 8-10 mi utes and they brought out our food. The sandwiches were really good. Compliments to the cook. There was a steady flow of people in and out but they seemed to be getting service pretty quickly. This is a good place with reasonable prices. Check them out.

Who would have thought that a small bistro inside a furniture store would have been worthy?!! It was quite enjoyable. We bought furniture a year ago and as members we received $20 in free food every month! Why didn't I remember this?! So on month 11 before our membership expires we had to return to use a gift card.We were greeted and passed over to the most incredible salesperson - Erin! We explained what were we there for and quickly engaged in an ongoing conversation. Just over a year ago we purchased a couch and two recliners so we weren't there to actually purchase any thing new just accessories.As we were wrapping up and walking through the store Erin asked if we had used the Bistro. That's when we realized we could have come here every month if we wanted. Not that we were overly hungry but we ordered a pizza - thin crust my wife's favorite. It was actually very good. We also settled on dessert - cheesecake and we got that to go.Amazing that we didn't take full advantage of coming here but then again one would never think about coming to dine at a furniture store! For those who are adventurous and want to try this out I would say give it a try. However, be aware that you most likely will meet sales people ready to sell your furniture.

It's a restaurant in a furniture store. What are you expecting? There are even a few menu items that aren't horrible. Just avoid the fried chicken sandwich and it's frozen-then-heated tasteless patty. The grilled chicken is better--5 out of 10. Good onion rings.

Shopping for furniture? Make sure you stop inside of Mathis Brothers and take a break from shopping at the 34 bar! It's a beautiful place to have a relaxing drink and the bartenders was on point with suggestions and making our drinks. It was perfect!!!

I had a wonderful dinner with my wife, very quiet and intimate. The bartender was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I will be returning..This would be a great happy hour location to have drinks with friends.
